Wickes - Waltham Cross Omdömen

Vanesa has been an excellent designer, patient with my ideas and design. She has gone out of her way to be helpful and explained everything clearly if I didn’t understand anything.

Had a lovely experience in Waltham cross today very helpful staff especially the manager at till Hanifah went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed.

I visited the store and was amazed by the friendly and helpful staff (Tamia) she helped me above and beyond with flooring which I purchased. Thank you so much with all the help she gave
Happy customer :)

I called store as I was of the opinion that a refund that was due to me was taking too long for HO to process, especially as I needed refund so that I could finish my Christmas shopping! I called store and was introduced to Hilmi; almost immediately he stepped in and resolved my complaint straight away. That’s what I believe to be 5 Star customer service. Thank you Hilmi!

Carlene at the Waltham Cross branch went above and beyond to help find my product.
I had the workman at home waiting for the product, so there was some pressure on me to get the item . Thank you Carlene

Very helpful in deciding what to choose for my kitchen. Vanesa helped me decide the best choices and at a reasonable price

What great customer service from Ania. She took her time to explain to us about anti mould paint and stain pain.

Lisa, she is 5 stars, very helpful. I could have lost without her help.

We recently purchased our kitchen from Wickes Waltham Cross designed by Vanesa, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Vanesa was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive, guiding us through every stage of the process.

Our kitchen project came with several unexpected building challenges (none related to Wickes), yet Vanesa remained understanding, proactive, and reassuring throughout. She went above and beyond to help us find solutions, never once showing frustration or hesitation. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable journey.

We highly recommend Wickes for anyone looking to design a new kitchen, but we especially recommend Vanesa as a design consultant. Her dedication and customer service are truly outstanding.— She is an absolute credit to Wickes.

My experience was great!

Big ups to Paul for helping me and to the entire team!

Alfie in the Watham Cross store was extremely helpful! He went out of his way to help us & ensure we got 5 large plywoods boards secure onto our car. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without his help & he is a wonderful asset to your store! Thank you Alfie!

I visited the Wickes Waltham Cross store with my wife to by a new kitchen for our flat. The service from Tom was nothing short of outstanding, right from the visit to our flat to plan the kitchen to advising on the design and also in the best pricing option when we then visited the store. After installation, Tom was happy to help with refunds on our unused items.
Tom has a friendly demeanour and likeable approach which made dealing with him a pleasure. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a kitchen.

Iam happy about my experience at Wickes. Nordia was very polite and helpful. Many thanks to Nordia

On visiting the store, we asked Lewis for advice as we were not sure on what products we needed.
He was friendly, very helpful and informative about roofing. Would happily visit this store again.

I visited the Waltham Cross store today with a paint tin with paint covering the mixer paint label. Aina asked roughly the date of it being mixed. She looked on the mixing machine data base and by elimination found my original order with a picture of my colour, was able to order another. This took about 20 minutes. Aina went above and beyond what I expected and in a friendly manner.

Vanesa from Wickes at Waltham Cross came out to carry out a kitchen design. When Vanesa arrived and completed the kitchen design I was so impressed with her & her knowledge & excellent customer service. I then made the decision for Vanesa to design my bathroom. My refurbishment on my apartment has now been completed & because of receiving first class service I went on to ordering tiles & flooring for all the apartment. I am delighted with the finish. The quality of Wickes products is excellent. I am very impressed but it was Vanesa & her professionalism that made the whole 3 month experience a pleasure.

Had a really good experience at Wickes Waltham cross. I was helped by Travis to sort out my click and collect order which was initially causing problems. He was very friendly and made the process easy. Top customer service.
