Wickes - Sutton In Ashfield Omdömen 

We recently used Wickes for our new kitchen and couldn't be happier with the service we received. A huge thank you to Neil and Sally, whose expertise and guidance made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. They really took the time to understand what we needed and helped us design a kitchen that's both beautiful and functional. Their attention to detail were invaluable. Highly recommend!

The gentleman at wickes,Sutton-in-Ashfield was extremely helpful. From the initial phone call to the store,to my actual visit to the store as I needed to swap an item that I bought by mistake. He even took the time to come over and speak to me regarding my purchase

Dylan has been super helpful and ensured we got what we needed. Even though it was not a quick find, he went above and beyond to find the right article for us. Definitely a great experience

Went into Wickes at Sutton in Ashfield to look at some kitchens. Neil stealthy approached us to see if he could help. We explained we were looking purchasing a new kitchen. He showed us some in the showroom and said to find him if we needed him. No pushy sales. We spoke to him and made an appointment for Neil to come and measure up. He arrived promptly He listened to what we wanted, he gave us ideas. The following day he emailed the design and asked for our thoughts. We had a very positive experience. Neil was friendly, polite and professional. He calmed anxieties. Looking forward to the kitchen being fitted.

I had great assistance when sourcing some of the products and felt the store team were invested in our project. The process right through to delivery was informative and accurate.

Richard came to do the plan for the bathroom - he was helpful and professional throughout. Josh from Hickling Heating Ltd completed the installation. Despite numerous setbacks because of previous workmanship, Josh was calm and pleasant throughout. He completed the job to a very high standard; he clearly takes pride in his work. Thank you for our new bathroom!

After receiving several quotes from different bathroom companies, we visited Wickes, and as soon as we met Neil, we knew we were in safe hands. Neil is a top man; he is friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to him and Russell, who did a fantastic job of installing the bathroom, we are well pleased.

I received excellent help from Heidi choosing some paint to match my cushion, she gave me professional advice and also advised me on the offers, carried my purchases to the till and was very friendly.truly impressed.

Michelle at the Sutton in Ashfield store was brilliant! She went above and beyond to help colour match the paint I needed. Her politeness, kindness and knowledge of paint was spectacular. I hope she gets the appreciation she deserves!

I was served by Dylan who told me he had recently moved from Middlesbrough. He was exceptional, went above and beyond to try and help me and even helped carry 20 plasterboards into my Van. I was going to buy from B&Q but he was so helpful, bought from Wickes.

Very helpful, very polite and took the time to give my Dad and I exactly what we went to Wickes for.
Aimee found the paint colour and mixed it which was spot on.

We went into the store today for some screws for some garden decking and Dylan was really polite, helpful and kind. Appreciated the help lots and now we have made our garden look great! Many thanks to Dylan and Wickes sutton in ashfield.

We were approached by Neil whilst browsing kitchens in Wickes He was friendly and helpful with his suggestions so we booked a home visit On the day he arrived promptly bringing a sample door with him so we could see the colour in our own kitchen He asked relevant questions and made good suggestions We followed up this visit with an instore visit a few days later where he showed us the computer generated plans and the costs He was very helpful and not at all pushy Once we decided to go ahead he explained how it would all work and helped us make final decisions on handles etc We were very grateful for his input and help and now hope the rest of the journey goes as smoothly

Had an issue with some damaged MDF which was delivered overnight by DX , contacted on line chat and wasn’t impressed so called the Sutton in Ashfield store and they sorted the problem very quickly by allowing me to take a new Shaker wood panelling kit from the store….well done.

We went with Wickes having had our last kitchen from then. I fitted that one myself. This time as worktop was expensive and beyond my fitting skills we opted to have Wickes fit it. Now at no stage was I told on countless meetings (viewing sizing ordering etc) that a separate company fits the kitchen. The minute I paid full kitchen fee, I get a stack of messages telling me my assigned fitter’s company name and dates for the company to come and sort. I’m also told fitting fees are paid separately to fitter, electric side prices were painful to say house was rewired and all sockets in place.
You then get some self employed fitters take over for a week in your house!! Are they DBS checked??? Now how do you go if your not happy at any stage considering your stuck with that fitter!! You might not like them but what options are left?? Wickes sent a young lady round (flying visit, all smiles) mid fitting to check all ok. But what do you say when your all together, it was awkward.
Now I’ve noticed worktop is slightly dropping on a joint edge. I’m reviewing it as worktop was only reason I had it fitted in first place. I’m sure if I reach out to Wickes first thing they’ll say “is see fitter”??? Why should I?
Going forward, I’d check with company who’s fitting. If they’re using a third party, I’d order kitchen and find my own company to fit who I could meet/check reviews etc.
I’m not knocking Wickes kitchens, they’re great! Maybe all big companies do it this way? But I feel I should have been made aware they assign separate companies in process. Had I knew this upfront I’d have done things differently for sure.
