Reading the glowing reviews for this company, one wonders whether they were composed by the same marketing department responsible for our recent ordeal. We ordered a shed. What eventually arrived long after the promised date, and after a stretch of communication so sparse it bordered on radio silence was less a garden building than a flat-packed insult... broken, incomplete, and structurally impossible to assemble.
Photographs were submitted. Customer service tickets were raised. Both vanished into whatever oubliette Wickes reserves for inconvenient evidence. It took my wife and I two weeks and roughly four hours of telephone purgatory to coax a single human being onto the line, at which point we were graciously informed that collection would take up to fourteen days, with a further ten before our refund could be processed.
This is, without exaggeration, the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of enduring, a masterclass in indifference dressed up as policy. I will not be setting foot in a Wickes store again, which is no great hardship considering their prices are routinely undercut by every serious competitor on the high street. Save yourself the time, the money, and the elaborate exercise in disappointment.

When you spend a lot of money just to be fooled, it's not worth. I've asked the baterry(£49 costs), to be changed because was not seemed to be new, the staff just passed the item to each other, bringing me the same baterry that I've asked to be replaced. Very poor atittude, service and the training for the Rugby Wickes's staff,,

From the very outset, Pushpa, our design consultant provided excellent advice, explaining the pros & cons for the items, including 'white' goods we thought we should include in our new kitchen. Pushpa ensured, wherever possible, that she showed us the showroom samples and display units to enable us to fully understand what choices we should make.
Our delivery (all 147 items) arrived as scheduled.
During installation, our fitter made us aware of a couple of missing items, which were immediately requested by Pushpa, and arrived within about 5 days.
From start to finish, we experienced excellent service and are extremely happy with the quality of our new kitchen units.

From the very first meeting, Pushpa really listened to my ideas, offered creative suggestions, and guided me through every decision with patience and expertise. Their eye for detail, sense of style, and practical knowledge made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. The final design is both beautiful and perfectly suited to how we use the space every day. We would highly recommend this designer to anyone planning a new kitchen.

The level of attention that Pushpa put into our meeting was amazing. Nothing was too much and she ensured that I was happy every step of the way with the design and layout. Lots of ideas were discussed and quite a lot of time to plan everything. Her patience with me was great as I changed my mind a few times. Nothing was too much. I really was very impressed with the level of customer service. The kitchen itself is amazing and has a great wow factor now, for me. It was a big change so I wanted to ensure that it was what I wanted. One of the other reasons I went for Wickes is because of the interest free payback over 3 years and also the guarantee. Start to finish it was a stress free experience. I have a dream kitchen!

We had a booked appt to see Pushpa who dealt with our request for a v small kitchen. She did amendments and arranged a swift delivery date. She is recommended. However the website advert for the Ohio product is utterly disingenuous as to price. It includes a discount that is tapered (not stated) - and so the 8 unit advertised kitchen costs less than my 4 unit kitchen! Not explained anywhere. A total shock and very misleading. I cannot currently recommend the product till it's installed

Ryan was fantastic from our first meeting to the final delivery. He listened to our needs and came up with a design that fitted our awkward utility space.
The quality of the cabinets and doors is great! We feel that they were good value for money.

Overall the experience was ok, Ryan who helped design the kitchen was fantastic as was our kitchen fitter Andy Baker. What brings the score down was the fact that some of the items were not delivered and we were not given a checklist sheet on delivery. The missing items nearly put completion back by two weeks but with the help of Andy the fitter, Ryan from the store and Nikki our customer experience contact the completion was only delayed by two days instead. Really happy with the kitchen itself and the fitting by Andy

I wanted internal wood paint, no choice so went to a rather big guy by the cash out, when he did bother to look up he just said 'yeah'; I explained what I wanted and he looked at me as if I was stupid and then said we don't do it. I asked him where I could get some he said Dulux paint mixing unit. I just wanted a shop but he didn't mention Dun Elms (nice choice), the Range and finally B&Q. I'm not from the area so I doesn't a further hour and a half riding round and asking people. Customer service and product knowledge zero. Train your staff!
