Adam has been fantastic in helping us design our new kitchen. We have been really impressed by the level of customer service so far. Nothing has been too much trouble - he didn't even complain when we kept him for 2.5 hours trying to decide on a colour combination. I would happily recommend Adam to anyone wanting a new kitchen!

I have never written a review before but feel compelled to praise the service I received from the wonderful Kim Balch, she came to my home and put together a wonderful kitchen mock up, her ideas were spot on, she was very professional and patient in giving me time to decide whether I would proceed with the kitchen.
Nothing was too much trouble for her. I am happy to say I am delighted with my brand new impeccably designed kitchen.
I am also very happy with the quality of the units.

Excellent service everything delivered on time

The gentleman that served us went out if his way to check stock, advise us when the required stock would arrive, how to use “click and collect “ as a means to ensure we could reserve it.

Dreadful customer service today in your Preston branch. We were"served" at the checkout by Willy H. There was no customer service, failed to make eye contact, constantly fidgeting (to such an extent that both I and my partner felt he was on something, did not speak to us to say hello, how much our bill was or anything else. As someone who was previously a manager in retail I found the level of customer service unacceptable and wonder what, if any, training and monitoring you have for this vital part of operating a customer facing retail business?

Kimberley designed our kitchen and utility room and they are better than we ever imagined.

She added so many thoughtful personal touches to the plans, with incredible attention to detail, that made it truly ours rather than a standard design. She didnt just look at the space and measurements, she really took the time to understand us and thoughtfully incorporated who we are into her designs.

From the very beginning Kimberley was patient, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. She showed us real pictures of kitchens she had completed which really helped us visualise ideas and feel confident in our choices.

Her knowledge was outstanding and there was never any pressure, just care and a real desire to give us what we wanted.

Kimberley is a genuinely lovely person who really cared about us and our home.

Carl, Adam and Clayton fitted our kitchen, they were professional, trustworthy and extremely conscientious. We felt completely at ease having them in our home.

Carl repeatedly said he would only do a finish he would be happy to have in his own home and that really shows in the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail. His suggestions were thoughtful and genuinely improved both the look and the usability of the kitchen.

Nothing was rushed. Nothing was too much trouble and every aspect was completed to an exceptionally high standard. More than fitters, Carl, Adam and Clayton are true craftsmen who take real pride in their work.

We feel so lucky to have had the best designer and fitters, to give us our dream kitchen. They were all exceptional in every way.

What really set them apart is how deeply they care, not just about the kitchen looking beautiful, but about it being practical, functional and right for everyday living.

We could not be happier with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them without hesitation.

i have just had my bathroom bought and fitted by Wickes. I shopped around and ended back up at Wickes again. this place is just the best.
Kimberly my designer is amazing. she will sort every single thing out for you. no problem too big, i also did my kitchen with Kimberly who made it extremely easy and stress free.
all the fitters we had were excellent in all the aspects of the job. i am so so happy with the end results.
both my kitchen and bathroom are very up to date and everyone who comes to visits ask were I got it from and how good the workmanship is.
i cannot say enough over this company. all i would say if you are thinking about any of this for your house please go to Wickes in Preston as it is well worth the trip.

Recently bought a kitchen from Wickes in Preston ….something I had been putting off for some time because of the anticipated upheaval and hassle.However the whole process went very smoothly thanks to the designer Kim and the installer Ian.Both were superb.The design and the expertise were second to none.Would definitely recommend.

Really great experience buying our 2nd kitchen from Wickes. No pressure, great advice and knowledge from our designer Reece. How it should be !

I lodged a very serious kitchen installation complaint with Wickes in April. Since that time I have recieved shockingly poor customer service. Only when I put a complaint on Trustpilot was my complaint escalated, as previously requested, and I actually received a call from the install team who said they would investigate my complaint by sending someone out to look at the issues - very poor workmanship by their install teams which has led to electrical issues in the kitchen. This was 23rd Spetemebr and I'm still waiting for that call back to arrange the survey.

We recently purchased some kitchen units with the assistance of Kitchen Designer Reece Kershaw. He made the whole process very easy and was both professional and trustworthy. He took the time to answer all our questions and offered honest and practical advice.
I would highly recommend asking for Reece's assistance if anyone is looking for a new kitchen.

We went to Wickes in Preston and ordered our kitchen on our second visit. Neil Wandsworth was our design consultant and he was amazing. He was patient, accurate and so very helpful. The price was to our satisfaction. I would 100% recommend.

Neil Wadsworth was extremely helpful, designing a great kitchen for us. He offered good advice and we trusted his experience completely.
He is a great asset to the company.

They broke my dishwasher when fitting the kitchen but because it was mine they are refusing to replace or repair it so I’ve had to go and pay out of my own pocket for a new one not happy at all.
They blocked my stop clock off so can’t get to it said they would be back and nothing.
My old kitchen still on my front garden waiting to be taken away over a month later.
Damaged around the light switch they moved and left the holes
Scratched the top of my washing machine
Walked all over my carpet without covering it
Other than that the kitchen is ok
I was going to have a bathroom fitted from them but definitely not now

Daryl was really helpful in placing my online order just the way I wanted. Really appreciate her patience in guiding me to get the right delivery dates for me. Awesome experience…!

This service gives us a very confident first foot on the kitchen renovation ladder. Reece was very friendly and gave us lots of helpful advice and information. He listened to everything we said, taking detailed plans and notes. Can’t wait for our in store appointment to see his computer design. Very excited.

I’ve recently had a kitchen fitted by wicks and there fitter broke the door on my dishwasher and it hasn’t worked since, I complained to be told by wicks that there liability doesn’t cover the dishwasher I now need to buy another THINK TWICE BEFORE USING WICKS!!

We've recently had our kitchen renovated and from start to finish our experience at Wickes has been 5- star.

Kimberley came and designed a kitchen that fulfilled all our needs, she was able to work with us to get what we had in our heads on paper and the finished result is even better than imagined.

The communication and organisation throughout was excellent, we had no concerns at any point.

Carl was our builder and fitter, alongside his team, they worked hard everyday, adapted to the uniqueness and challenges of the building.
They worked efficiently and in parallel with the plumbers and electricians to ensure the project completed on time.

Both Kimberley and Carl were extremely friendly and helpful and we'd highly recommend them if you were thinking of purchasing a kitchen through Wickes.
