Wickes - Martlesham Heath Omdömen

Really friendly customer assistant called Peter - he even put my heavy shopping into my car for me.

Brought a combination lock back that I couldn't open, PETER spent about 10 minutes trying to help me , but still no good. Bought another lock in the end.
Very helpful and Friendly. Just the sort of person you want if you have a problem.

Great service and advice from the day we walked in to the store to the day the kitchen installation was finished. Darrell assisted us throughout, he came to the house to measure up, designed our kitchen but listened to our input and helped us to choose our kitchen, ensuring we had all the furnishings necessary to complete the install. He was extremely patient and professional when I wanted to make changes.i We were told David Arthey was going to do the install, he too came to look at the kitchen space beforehand and advised us what needed to be done in advance. Due to work commitments my husband wasn't going to be there for the installation. Dave was brilliant throughout, he told me what was going to be happening each day and offered his professional advice when necessary. He was punctual, very tidy and had a great attitude to his work and to the team he worked with. My kitchen is amazing and what I thought would be quite stressful was actually made a lot easier by Darrell and Dave. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them in the future.

Being a tradesman it is important for me to find friendly and helpful staff when visiting DIY stores. This is exactly what you get with Wickes, and staff will go above and beyond the call of duty at my local Martlesham branch. All the staff bar none are fantastic !! Would highly recommend this lovely store !!

I use this store 3-4x a week and very rarely disappointed. Well stocked and staff are always helpful and cheerful. A special shout to Gemma, always jolly and very welcoming even when I've got my young kids following me around the store!
Great overall

Gemma at Martlesham was very professional and helpful. Staff always great here and at the Ipswich branch

Matt and Gemma were absolutely amazing! They took the time to really understand what I needed and made sure I had everything required to decorate my home perfectly. Their knowledge and customer service were outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommended. Thank you

Excellent customer service from Carly yesterday who was extremely helpful in helping me with a skirting board issue.

Staff member (Lee) went above and beyond to help with my kitchen unit order, nothing was to much hassle helping us to complete what we needed.

Awesome helpful and informative

Gemma was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Really great experience with Karen in the paint mixing team. Not only did she mix the paint I requested, she then showed me a similar option in the Dulux range that is a standard colour .

Friendly and helpful staff, lots of smiles, thanks Gemma.

Excellent customer service from Gemma - thank you!

I’m loving Wickes. I have been twice now. Great staff and a good range of clearly labelled products. Today I was served by Peter who helped me place an order for Home Delivery. Brilliant service. Well done Wickes: Well done Peter (and not forgetting to mention Steve on the till).

Gemma was extremely friendly and helpful

Came in looking for a specific tin of paint and was able to find this with ease. Excellent friendly service at the till from Gemma.

Lovely blonde young lady on the tills called Becky, very smiley and chatty. Pointed me in the right direction for some supplies I needed and arranged for help carrying to my car. Very helpful and now my preferred Wickes to shop at.

Excellent customer service from Becky, went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the best deal

Amazing customer service from Gemma , far beyond howdens , benchmarks , screwfix and tool station. Helped me find a spare for an old wicks kitchen , carried my heavy kitchen drawer for me, went through the store for me to find the spare I needed , which I had failed to find. Then went the extra mile to check if it was discounted , and signed me up to a trade account so I saved 10%. The store is ok, but Gemma’s service was so good the store I my mind is elevated better than any competitor. I will now go to wicks first for things I need. I have been going to howdens / benchmarks / screwfix for a very long time. Great customer service and helping me with discounts has won my future business.
