Wickes - Letchworth Omdömen 

Im trying my first ever DIY job -prepping and painting a room at home. No idea what I'm doing but armed with info from friends... then I felt a bit overwhelmed when I hit Wicked. Thank goodness for their staff member, James who was such an amazing help (both visits this weekend!) He gave me hints and tips and useful advice about what to get and how to use it!! So grateful!

Could not have had a better experience. Jordan and his team have been helpful from start to finish.
Mark was excellent in assisting us designing our kitchens and his communication throughout has been fantastic.

Super help today at wickes, struggling to get materials into the van and Rio was more than helpful giving me and hand!

I couldnt find the product I wanted so aaked Gerald who couldnt have more friendly and helpful. He asked Charlie to find my product ( 9 bags of soil) in the warehouse, put on a trolley and bring to me and then put in my car for me . They were both friendly, polite and super efficient. I haven't experienced such good customer service from anywhere in a long time. Thank you

I had been struggling to get an appointment with a designer at Bedford branch - Letchworth Wickes have been an absolute dream, called got an appointment same day, the designer Mark spent time with us listening to our requirements and brought up a design plan during appointment - considered everything I wanted, offered guidance where needed - gave us printed pictures of the plan and visual image. Was available for a change I wanted to make, again made it a positive experience. Thank you

Visited Wickes in Letchworth to look at a new kitchen and bathroom for our new house. Jordan met us in the showroom and was very approachable. Excellent service from start to finish from Martin who guided us through the projects in detail and answered all our questions. Looking forward to seeing our dream kitchen and bathroom installed. Do not accept returns poor service
Tried to return a shower pump and wouldn't accept it. Very bad customer service. Do not buy from here!

We visited to look at getting some new worktops.
There was plenty of parking and the store was very tidy and welcoming.
The showroom has lots of choice and we were greeted by a member of staff who was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We felt very at ease (which was sadly not the case in other showrooms, where we felt like an inconvenience because we don’t need a whole kitchen)
We felt so impressed by the service received, that it only right we give feedback!
We will be returning!

Today I went into wickes in letchworth. Being a regular tradesman I do go into a lot of Wickes stores, all over. I was greeted by a young man called Jordan Brennan He was very polite and helped me with my project. It was only at the end I realised he was a store manager. I felt him to go above and beyond for me when he was also needed else where, he give me the time I needed. I felt that this should be praised as unfortunately people are very quick to complain but never praise. Thanks Jordan, Letchworth store is the best in my eyes.

We purchased a kitchen in March 2024 (quite an expensive kitchen), we had acrylic worktops after 2 months one of the joins in the worktops started to crumble I notified wickes in June and as yet this has not been fixed, when I call or email all I get is "we are waiting on an installer" this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend them for any fitted furniture as the aftercare is absolutely appalling, I could understand if we had used our own installer but we used a wickes installer. we are still waiting for this issue to be resolved and it is December

I had a very helpful guy at wickes letchworth by the name of Riley,he helped me find the things I needed and went through the anti mould paints with me,he was fantastic

Riley was so helpful, answers all our questions and assisted with choosing the correct product and measuring things out for us. He was kind and friendly and nothing was too much. Excellent customer service and an asset to the company!

I went into the store seeking help with measurements and costing for flooring. I was assisted by a young man called Riley, who demonstrated outstanding knowledge of your products and professionalism. He was also personable.
I left the store feeling satisfied with all my question being answered.

Me and my husband went to Letchworth Wickes to find the right kitchen for us, to utilise the space we had and keep within our budget. We had Mark Hopkins guiding us through the process and showing us all the possibilities and cost.
He was brilliant, clear, concise, very friendly and happy to help. Was a faultless experience. Thank you so much.

Stevenage Wickes always provide a fantastic, helpful service. However today we struck gold meeting Gerald. We had a plumbing conundrum and Gerald came to the rescue. He was friendly, professional, enthusiastic and beyond helpful. We’d have gone home as confused about our predicament as when we went in if it wasn’t for Gerald.
