Fantastic service, was potentially going to be a nightmare as I ordered 2 doors in the wrong size and needed to return them. Leigh who i spoke to me saw me in the carpark and straight away knew it was me and pointed me in the wrong direction to Warren tge manager who made the return and reorder a really smooth transaction. Top service.

I popped into wickes in Wigston-leicester to return a few surplus item & purchase a few other things. The assistant 'Rash' couldn't be anymore polite. He explained he was recently appointed, and therefore took slightly longer then normal. The fact that he stayed calm, shared his honesty, & demonstrated great confidence means alot. He also provided excellent service. Thankyou

Paige and Dullal were absolutely fantastic, went above and beyond for me when i had an issue finding the right screws for a kitchen cabinet handle.

Just been back to collect yet more bricks for my project and this time the lovely Leah took my trolley and loaded everything up into my car perfectly. Makes it so easy for me and that’s why I keep returning. Lyn you have a great team working with you and I hope your hard work is acknowledged.

James, kitchen designer, assisted with replacing some kitchen units. He was very helpful and courtious.

Staff are very helpful and polite. Store is always clean, tidy & well stocked.

Useless service that is proclaimed to be be open on Sunday according to the internet but was closed yet all of the staff were inside no doubt on overtime payment! Many of us who had arrived early were not informed by anyone until a uniformed middle aged female came out just before 1000 and informed us they were not opening today. We all went to B&Q instead! B&Q will now be my preference because at least they were open.

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering a kitchen from Wickes. I was promised that everything would be delivered within 5 working days, which was a big factor in choosing them. Unfortunately, that promise turned out to be completely unreliable.

After waiting over 7 days, the delivery still hadn’t arrived. When the driver finally showed up, he wasn’t willing to help at all. He claimed he couldn’t access my road and simply left without delivering the kitchen. No effort was made to resolve the situation or find an alternative solution.

It’s frustrating to be given assurances that clearly aren’t taken seriously. Making promises is easy, but keeping them is what matters—and in this case, Wickes failed badly. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
