Bought a large ketter box Jack and Ryan were very helpful bringing it to the till on a trolley and loading it into the car. Great customer service.

I was unable to locate what I was looking for today 9/8/26 at the Hinckley store. When a store assistant called Sarah came to help me, she went over and above to ensure I got what I came in for, the system was showing that there were 13 in stock but none were on the racks. She checked every available space and found them for me ensuring I went away with my purchase. Thank you Sarah.

Ash, the operations manager, was a great help at the Hinckley store, polite, very helpful and went above and beyond to assist. He helped me load a bulky order into my car with no issues. He guided me to the right choice of product. I always appreciate the helpful staff in this store, especially for elderly customers. A big thank you again.

From start to (nearly) finish it has been so easy. We are in the middle of our installation for our kitchen and the whole process couldn't have been easier.
Sandhu at the Hinckley branch was great, right from the start, really listening to what we wanted and making suggestions and giving advice based on that. He followed up with some fantastic visuals that really clinched it for us.
Prior to installation he gave us more guidance and made sure everything was going smoothly regarding contact with the fitter and any additional purchases we needed such as the flooring, ensuring we got a discount on that as part of the process.
The whole process of having a new kitchen is incredibly daunting with a fair amount of disruption involved. All involved from Wickes, Sandhu the designer, the delivery team, Barrie Hubbard the joiner/fitter and Euan in customer support have been great and I would recommend having a kitchen fitted by Wickes to anyone.

We are currently waiting for our kitchen installation in September, but the service we have received from Sandhu so far has been super professional. Highly recommended!

We had been looking to get a new kitchen and bathroom for a while and having looked at a few different places we spoke to Sandhu at Wickes. He was very accommodating, giving us a no obligation quote with a very competitive price. Once we accepted he worked with us, putting a lot of time and effort into designing our dream kitchen and bathroom. He gave us an idea on the overall cost with the tiling etc which worked out to be very accurate and gave us recommendations on tiles, fittings etc. He recommended a kitchen fitter - Baz and Bathroom fitter - Liam, who both did a fantastic job, arranging a fitting date that worked for all of us with excellent workmanship and we are very happy with the finished rooms. Sandhu has gone above and beyond throughout, rapidly resolving any issues answering any queries and arranging everything to run smoothly. We are very pleased with service we received and would highly recommend Sandhu and the Wickes team to anyone looking for a new bathroom or kitchen, or in our case, both!

The cashier Katie was so helpful, friendly and obviously happy in her job.she is an asset to the company

Do not buy a kitchen from wickes.
Plinths have large gaps at the top.
The counter tops are so thick & the cooker is at the highest heigh.
We had to put wood pieces left overs for cooker at each side to have at the same level.
The door coating & shelves are peeling off.
Look elsewhere.

Karen went above and beyond to design our dream kitchen and had it ready for us in no time. We cannot thank her enough for the time and effort she put in to bring it together so quickly for us. I would highly recommend Karen and Wickes if you are looking for a new kitchen. We could not be happier with our experience. Thank you again Karen ☺️

The Hinckley store had all the fencing materials we needed with plenty of stock. The assistant, David, who served us at the checkout was so friendly and cheerful which made shopping for mundane stuff so much more of an enjoyable experience.

We had an awkward kitchen layout, but Sandhu designed it beaufifully. From start to finish he has been so friendly and helpful. With all the years of experience, he knows it all. As this was a DIY project, we asked a lot of questions along the way, and Sandhu was always happy to help and advise. Its been an exciting experience and we are over the moon with our new kitchen and its so much better than the old layout. I would definately recommend Wickes and Sandhu. Thanks from the Coleys 😀

The design consultant Sandhu was extremely helpful when he came to my home to discuss new kitchen cabinets. I didn’t feel pressured into buying something I couldn’t afford. When I went into the store Sandhu had the plans ready for me to see.

Wickes are a great store but they need to put proper seals on consumables as dirty thieves steal items then when people like us get home and open them thinking im buying 12 wago connectors and Im actually getting 6 isn't very good.

Its not on the store id say its more to the manufacturer not sealing the packaging properly and to the no good dirty thieves that think they are gods child and can get away with it not a good experience this time but like I said not on the store.
