Good service
Just wanted to thank the staff at Wickes near Alperton for the excellent customer service on Friday. With hardly any staff around to help the lady on the checkouts HADIA helped me locate everything I wanted. The store looks different now but she seemed to know where everything was. The other staff were very helpful too so I will definitely be shopping here from now on. Thankyou all.

Outstanding customer service at Wickes Hanger Lane – Thanks to Seema!
I just wanted to take a moment to share the incredible service my wife and I received from Seema at the Wickes store in Hanger Lane. We were a bit overwhelmed by the new store layout and struggling to find a few items, but Seema truly went above and beyond to help us. Not only did she take the time to guide us around the store, but when she found that some stock hadn't been put out yet, she didn’t hesitate to go into the warehouse and retrieve it for us herself.
Her helpfulness, kindness, and dedication to making sure we had everything we needed really stood out. Seema turned what could’ve been a stressful shopping trip into a seamless and pleasant experience. It's rare to encounter someone so committed to providing excellent customer service, and she truly deserves to be recognised for her efforts.

I went to the Hanger Lane branch recently to buy some stuff for my garden. The staff there were amazing. They were very helpful particularly HADIA was was extremely helpful. The young man Cam was very knowledgable ,efficient, and detail-oriented, he helped me to choose the stuff I need explaining the benefit of each item throughly, he was very patient with me as I am a disabled person, Also he was ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping to my car while adhering to safety protocols.
