Wickes - Grantham Omdömen 

Steve H and a new colleague were a big help in finding the right stuff to enable me to make some urgent home updates for my aging and post-operative parent. Only place in Grantham with what I needed and I’m sorry I wiped out the stock! Many thanks.

As always at Grantham Wickes its service with a smile. Each time I shop and meet many different staff, they are so welcoming and friendly. I usually use click and collect unless I am unsure as to what I actually need for the job in hand. I find it very easy to negotiate and I receive an acknowledgment straight away and then a message telling me when my order is ready. The staff on the till request an employee to take the goods to my car for which I am very grateful. The on line ordering is a very modern way of dealing but the staff are still old fashioned in their attitude to ‘putting the customer first’, polite, respectful of age (I am 81) and nothing is too much bother. Well done to you all.

Enjoyable Sunday morning with Duncan at Grantham Wickes. Explained everything to our satisfaction and now we just have to sit back and wait for the magic to happen. Did not feel any way under pressure to buy but after looking at numerous options we felt that Wickes offered what wanted.

Great quality guttering and fittings at a good price. Easy to install and everything I needed was available. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely use Wickes again.

My Wickes visit was make enjoyable by the lighthearted interaction with Kelly. Head office of big firms would do well to remember that having staff who spend a moment to talk with the customer buys buckets of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Great choice of products, the staff are super helpful, particularly Steve K at Grantham. Lovely man who helps you find what you need. The ease of parking is a bonus.

As a business I shop here most days. Staff are always happy to help and greeted with a smile at all times.
Nothing is an issue. Anything you need they will bend over backwards to help.

Having gone to the store for a particular article I was leaving disappointed and when asked at the till If I had found everything I wanted I mentioned my frustration that their website said they had what I wanted in stock but couldn't find it. Kelly asked if I had asked anyone. When I said no she got Steve to check on the website. Where it saidbit was in stock. He said it might be in the stock yard and would go and look. Happily he found what I had wanted so I left very happy. Both Kelly and Steve could not have done more for me. Very happy customer

Visited the store today and had everything I was looking for! Very helpful staff and the lady at the checkout Kelly was lovely, service with a smile and very welcoming!

Staff super helpful and friendly. Staff member Caitlyn answered all our questions and showed a lot of knowledge about what she was talking about, Caitlyn helped us come up with a solution with our DIY problem and was able to point out exactly what we needed. Caitiyn has great customer service and we would’ve been lost without her advice.

I called in at Wickes of Grantham today and was served at the checkout by a very helpful man called Steve Kent who cut short his break

Excellent design consultant. Great home visit, which showed that my initial colour choice wouldn't work well with limited direct sunlight. We went to another Wickes store with more displays and greater selections onsite. This allowed me to choose options that looked good in a shadier setting. We spent 2 hours there. Later, we spent a similar time finalising her great design and our choices. She explained every aspect clearly and made sure we were happy. She knew what discounts were available. She was unfailingly patient and helpful, a very knowledgeable professional who cares about customers.

We got several quotes before deciding to go with Wicks. We found their products superior to other companies. Our kitchen designer was Duncan . He’s very professional friendly and courteous and well-versed with all Wicks products. He was immensely important in helping us design and choosing our kitchen and making the whole project simple. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

On returning a faulty item to the store I was helped by a member of staff called Josh. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and made it very straight forward. He is a credit to your company. 5 out of 5 for customer service.

We went to see Duncan to discuss what we wanted for our new kitchen, he was brilliant, really helpful and totally understood I had a strong idea of what I wanted. He helped all he could to give me my dream kitchen and we have exactly that.
From our first appointment to the last visit following installation service has been wonderfully. We had a couple of 'issues' that were sorted out as quickly and helpfully as possible. Nothing too major and no problem for them.
Our installer....Oliver was fantastic, did his first inspection following receipt of our order, told us what was needed and did everything and more to make the process as easy as possible. He asked us what we wanted when there was an option and did what we chose without question. His workmanship was brilliant, he worked quickly and cleanly as possible, never moaning or not turning up when his work days were all through the recent heat wave.
I snagged the kitchen and found the tiniest bit of damage that, to be honest was almost unnoticeable, but without a question a new door was ordered so that I was totally happy.
Duncan came back at the end of ghier job and checked we were happy.
We would like to say a massive Thank you to them all, in particular Oliver.
We have a few finishing touches to do but they are ours to do, Wicks have completed thier side and we could not be happier. (Just got to learn how it all works now!)
