Wickes - Farnborough Omdömen 45

I had an absolute nightmare with the delivery. They delivered the tiles days before I had booked it and then even though I contacted customer service to agree a new date they turned up again on a date I hadn’t agreed to . I had to take an impromptu day off to take delivery and they only sent one man. I ended up having to unload my tiles myself. A complete disaster from start to finish

Made an enquiry and booking for a home visit for a full bathroom refit( albeit small). All good up to this point . Good discussion about requirements , made additional booking to review plan and quote for about a week later. Got a call on the morning I was due to go to the showroom to advise ‘system’ issues….since then silence!! Nothing!! Tried calling the branch, asked for the designer by name to which the response was who?? Does he work here?? Not very inspiring!! Still nothing as I write this despite leaving a message for a call back, and being advised in the absence of our visit ‘we will send over your estimate and product list, and reschedule your visit to the branch’ .
Right now have no idea where we are at with this!!!

My wife and I met with Simon Dredge, the kitchen design consultant at Wickes, Farnborough, Hants, to discuss remodelling the kitchen in our house in April 2026. We found Simon to be friendly, honest and very knowledgeable, and he was able to give us some very good design ideas for our kitchen and realistic costings.

The item was ordered in store and duly delivered very quickly from the manufacturers. The towel rail is of good quality.. It is just a shame that that it doesn't have the fixing screws included

Ian was so nice, friendly, patient and very attentive. He provided me with what i needed, as well as some really good advice. He was very informative

I came into Wickes with a simple plumbing problem and met Mark who immediately came up with a solution. When I needed another part he was still in the store and solved that as well. Everyone needs a Mark in their lives. Much better service than your rude, unhelpful competitors. Well done Mark

Dealt with Harry at the Farnborough store, top man, helped me with my queries

The Farnborough store manager supported our maintenance day by donating paint and roofing felt. They also provided useful advice on how to install the roofing felt. A good experience and hopefully one we can repeat.

I came into wickes farnborough on Sunday, looking for a specific tool and a very helpful young lad called Harry came right over and helped me find what I needed, very helpful and lovely boy.

I wanted to take the time to write this review as I was so impressed with the helpfulness of a member of staff in this branch . We went in quite late at about 20 mins before closing needing help with several things and a store colleague call Michael was polite and knowledgeable and helped us find what we needed even though it was near closing time . He even carried our bag of heavy sand to the car ! It’s very refreshing to see this and we will definitely shop there again .

I needed some flooring to redo my living room and Dawn was absolutely perfect at advising me on what flooring would be suitable for my hallway
I was completely out of my depth and there were just too many options to choose from, but luckily she saw me standing confused and came to my rescue!
Who'd have known there were so many different options for a bit of wood on the floor 😅
But Dawn is a credit to the store, helpful and friendly. Think Wickes will be my new go-to

I came in having no idea what i was looking for, i wouldn't have even know where to have started, but the very helpful staff knew what they were talking about, especially that Graham geeza, who got assistance from Cade (atleast i think thats what their name was), i left extremely satisfied i will be a repeat customer after that level of service

I, (M, 43) went into the Wickes Farnborough store in search of a plunger and some drain cleaner to clean the remains of what was curry last night.
Sparing the gorey details, I popped into the store and was helped by a very lovely and handsome Ryan (the kind of chap you wouldn't mind your daughter seeing 😉😉)
He advised on where the products I needed were, nothing was too much trouble for him. And with his help, my porcelain throne has been restored to its former glory.
I think I may celebrate tonight.

After receiving these step ladders I noticed that they were 1 step to small so I returned the item back to Farnborough wickes, This was dealt with exceptional customer service from Robyn who had to contact customer service to process the refund for me

Blown away by the wonderful cashier at Farnborough Wickes on Saturday 21st June, after quite a stressful experience at B&Q! She was so helpful with our purchase of Keter Storage units and it felt a total customer focused approach, with nothing too much trouble. We not only found we had a great customer service experience, but that the products we brought had been stored correctly, opposed to seeing the same products at B&Q, that were all split opened and sun damaged, yet they were priced higher! Plenty of parking and trollies too, which is always a bonus!!!! I will definitely be taking my custom to Wickes in the future.

Michele was fantastic with her product knowledge - such a professional! Great job!

Bought 5L wood preserver online on a click and collect. They called me to say can was covered in paint and dented but it was still sealed. Asked me if I still
Wanted it and I said I did. When I got to the Farnborough store, they went to fetch it and said to me as the can was covered in paint and dented they would discount it for me. They discounted it by 30% completely voluntary which I think is great customer service
