Nadir at Wickes Epsom did an amazing job designing our kitchen. He took our ideas and combined them together to make a better solution making the most efficient use of our space. Was professional and helpful the whole time and responded to our queries promptly. Gave us lots of advice and explanations. Would highly recommend Nadir. Also delivery of items was as ordered in perfect condition.

Nadir and the Bespoke kitchen Team at Epsom.were absolutely fantastic overseeing and helping us design a stunning new Carbon Grey kitchen after a major flood, they made sure we had great fitters and the quality of the product is superb, our previous kitchen was Wickes in 2007 and the 2025 range is gorgeous. The project was turnkey from initial strip out, new floor, beautiful Alusplash, feature lighting and quartz worktops and final handover, absolutely recommend them 100%.

Nadir Yousfi at Wickes Epsom is very knowledgeable and efficient who has listened to our needs patiently and has advised with professionalism. We are so happy with Nadir’s design consultation and will certainly recommend him to anyone with a desire of making their dream kitchens to be a reality. Thank you Nadir!

Experience with Wickes has been excellent.
Nadir ( Based Epsom) did a home visit to discuss various plans, very informative and helpful.
Following this visited store to go through plans, these were clear and easy to comprehend. Nadir always very courteous and flexible. I changed plans a couple of time!!

Very happy with our bathroom planning, we used Nadir from the Epsom branch to design our main bathroom and out en-suite. He was very knowledgeable not only on the many products that were available, but also on the aesthetics on what would work best for us. He kept in touch with us from the day of our design appointment through to the works completion.
Will definitely be using Wickes again.

I attended the Epsom store, not being that used to the systems used was fortunate to be served by Scarlett, Greeted with a smile in a pressurised environment is a feat in itself, this was followed by competent and capable service, with and excellent understanding of the stores system and systems. Professional ability with a smile is rare. Thank you.

Had an appointment with Mr.Nadir at Wickes Epsom. It was a wonderful experience with him for designing my shower room. He was pleasant and was very helpful in giving proactive ideas of how I can do my shower room. Hopefully, material from Wickes will be as nice

Not one of the guys working there could help me. They literally take stuff from the stores and refill the shelves.
My brother in law whilst helping me accidentally cut throw the waste pipe for my washing machine. So I undid it at a join/bend and took it with me to replace it.
You used to be able to get expert help at these stores. I've paved paths, laid patios and built small retaining walls with the help from Wicks in the past. I just got told repeatedly that they weren't trained to give advice on plumbing or anything.
In the end the cashier girl helped. Googled and opened packets and measured. I bought one didn't fit well but I managed 😄

Having had my bathroom designed by Nadir Yousfi, I had no hesitation in contacting him again to ask him to design my new kitchen. On the previous occasion I'd been impressed by his expertise, helpfulness and enthusiasm. I especially liked his readiness to listen to my own thoughts and opinions, while sharing with me his professional knowledge.
