Wickes - Eastbourne Omdömen

Easy to find product and friendly staff Lilly

Always very friendly and helpful service from Angela at the Eastbourne store

Went to buy big bags of log from eastbourne branch few days back. I asked the staff for assistance and a young man volunteered to help me load the trolley with care and a pleasant smile and very polite. I am a senior and I do appreciate such help. Conner the young man even loaded the logs into my car.
Thank you Conner
Thank you Wickes

Angela, is always smiling and always very helpful. Tgankyou

Ben and Catt were extremely helpful on our visit, didn’t have what we was looking for in stock, so checked another store for us which had stock. Thank you for your help

Went in with a rough idea of what I wanted. Spoke to a lovely lady called Kat/Cat. She was really helpful and is always smiling when we see her.
The other staff all seem relaxed and look like they enjoy the people they work with. Really makes shopping more pleasant when the staff are happy.
Good job Eastbourne always a pleasure coming in

I've used Eastbourne wicks for years and it's always been a helpful shop with everything I need. Today I went in to get some plywood. They had what I wanted in stock and when I needed assistance to lift the wood onto the roof of my car one of the staff called Ben was very willing to be of assistance. Thank you for providing a great customer experience.

Would just like to thank Ben and all the team at wickes eastbourne, they are always on hand to help me find any products i need, very friendly and hardworking great team

Went into the Eastbourne wickes this morning and was greeted by Lily at the till. She was extremely helpful when I couldn’t find what I was looking for and such a smiley and friendly face to see on a dull Monday morning, so Thankyou!

Needed a kitchen and most things for a bathroom and ensuite
The kitchen was made a breeze by my fabulous kitchen planner Coco and was ordered with a lovely discount as they were having a sale
All deliveries have arrived on time and undamaged which make fitting so much easier
First time ordering but would definitely recommend and use again
Price was unbeatable imo
Rest of the staff were always smiling and always happy to help
So nice to go to a store where you feel welcome
Great job

I had my bathroom designed my Cocoa in the Eastbourne store. The final result was absolutely incredible. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was a real pleasure working alongside Coco (Astridge) who was the key person in perfecting the design of our kitchens; her previous expertise in interior design really helped, she has a good eye for detail and was able to fully connect with all of our needs. She is warm and friendly and took great care of us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend her services. Thank you Coco.

Had an emergency with our shower unit gushing out water so had to turn all water and ran to wickes for replacement or a fix! Steve F was really helpful. He showed me the options and what we could do. I ended buying a temporary fix which worked brilliantly so although still no shower, we could turn the water back on! Thank you Steve 😊

Ben made our experience great - saved us a good chunk of change on chip board.

The rest of the team were spot on, knew what I was on about, (even though I didn't,) and showed professionalism going above and beyond throughout my DIY shopping experience.

Brilliant workmanship, highly organised, very personable.
Coco, who was the employee representing Wicks was absolutely brilliant. She visited our house and not only created a design that was excellent. She took into account who we were and her design was bespoken to our needs and the way we used our kitchen.
The contracted fitter, Clemi, whom Wicks used, couldn’t have been better. He was not only an excellent workman. He also was considerate and personable and was meticulous Not Just in his work but in his timekeeping. Everything was done to our specifications and with our agreement. We were kept informed of his progress throughout the whole of the project.
We certainly recommend both Wicks and the fitter whom they used, and who incidentally we will continue to use when we have projects that we need done around the house, they are that good!

Fabulous kitchen refit with Wickes led by C&M Honorato - could not fault this team or recommend them more for their no fuss, can do attitude. Thank you so much and already booked again 🤩

Really good communication from start to finish with Coco at Eastbourne Wickes designing the bathroom and with Lee our fitter. They were both easy to get hold of with any questions which was reassuring. The bathroom was finished to a high standard and Lee checked in with us and kept us up to date with progress. Overall really happy with the experience we had with Wickes from first contact to last.

I am thrilled with my stunning new shower room from Wickes in Eastbourne. A special thank you to Coco who helped me choose the materials and guided me through the process and made it stress free. The service was professional and efficient and I now have a designer shower at a reasonable price

Great service with kitchen planning involving many changes from us and to accommodate our kitchen layout. Fitter was timely and efficient.

Planning was superb. Design consultant (Coco at Eastbourne) understood our needs better than we did and ensured that we got the right kitchen design.
We were kept fully informed re all deliveries which arrived on time. Personnel were courteous and well organised. Installer team (Clemi and Lyndsay) were simply outstanding. First class workmanship and a pleasure to be around.
