Wickes - Dewsbury Omdömen 

I have a company that supports those with a disability. Sensoryworld acquired the upper floors where we are developing making more space.
Wicks kindly donated a kitchen and paint to help us on our way. We are so grateful to Shelby and her team for their kindness. Thankyou so much.

Fern was very helpful to me to choose items that I wanted, and she was very supportive person.

Very good customer service Shelly or Shelby she helped us with everything from giving advice up to picking / choosing and was very polite towards us. I would give her five star service.

Great experience all round, the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable, best in the area. Must single out Ammaarah in particular, beyond helpful with my order and an absolute star, someone give her a promotion.

Staff at Dewsbury store are really helpful. Being a smaller store, I love it as it’s less intimidating as a nervous shopper. The friendly staff make shopping there a pleasure. They are knowledgeable and have recommended very useful products.

I came in to wickes Dewsbury oblivious to where I would find what i was looking for ..or even if I would find it being somewhat new to DIY.
I found Shelby who guided me around and explained certain items and it's features to me. I found very useful sherry's expertise and knowledge and made informed decision to purchase certain products from wickes and the items I was unable to source I was pointed in the right direction. I found shelly customer service to be outstanding and I was really impressed. :)) 5 stars

Purchased several items from dewsbury store,i made a mistake by not presenting my voucher code correctly in promotion,very pleased to say ammaarah sorted everthing out for me and was very helpful and polite.

During a recent visit to Wickes Dewsbury store I was served by Ammaarah, who I found was extremely helpful guiding me through a credit transaction that was proving difficult, even though she had never done it before, enabling me to make my purchases.She made me feel very comfortable as I was getting very anxious, she is indeed a great assett to Wickes.

Visited Dewsbury branch with my father initially to buy some locks but ended up chatting to Jamie Balata regarding kitchens. Jamie and his team were excellent, they were helpful and knowledgeable and demonstrated immense patience with my father who struggles to communicate due to health issues. I would like to relay my thanks and as a result of this interaction will make Wicks our number one choice for our future DIY needs. Thankyou.
