I recently purchased a bathroom from Wickes. Wayne offered excellent customer service from start to finish. He was completely open and transparent about the price at all stages of the project and offered practical advice and solutions throughout, allowing me to understand what was possible within my budget and bathroom size. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wayne, thank you for all your help!

Found the products I required were much cheaper than the orange diy store . Well stocked and Linda the store assistant was most helpful . Plenty of parking , will use again.

We recently ordered a kitchen with Wayne at the Newport Road store in Cardiff, and couldn’t recommend him enough. The whole process was so quick and easy, with Wayne coming out to our property to take measurements and create a design plan that suited us, dealing quickly with any of our queries over email, and taking payment over the phone to make things easier for us. Super friendly service and knowledgeable in his work. Thanks again Wayne!

Just bought and picked up heavy tiles from Wickes Cardiff - Josh and Joao were so helpful in sorting the tiles for a complete batch number and then carrying them to the car. Top quality service - thanks both.

There was a mix up with the click and collect order but Roxanne was very apologetic and found another product to match. Excellent customer service and I will continue to shop at this store!

Wickes in Cardiff is my favourite home improvement store. It’s smaller than B&Q but I usually find everything I need. Being a trade customer I get a minimum 10% discount sometimes like today more. The staff are polite and helpful. Shout out to Linda, Anna and Monika.

Mandy was incredibly happy and efficient whilst working two tills at once during peak hours!

Went in to Wickes, Newport Road to select tiles, we were dealt with by Anna who was very helpful and went the extra mile for us, identifying exactly what we wanted, getting the product codes and confirming exactly how many we needed, she also arranged delivery for us so that we didn't overload the car. Great service, extremely proffesional and very customer focused, 👌👏 👏👏

Solar appointment booked, text saying cancelled, received call a few weeks later confirming appointment and agreeing original date. Received text on the morning of the appointment date saying appointment cancelled..... nothing else received, no further contact. Probably easier to get solar panels put on the moon than the UK!!! Suggest Wickes get themselves organised....
