Wickes - Cannock Omdömen 

A lady called Julie has helped me twice now find paint i was struggling to find. She is really helpful and seems to know the colours off the too of her head. She went the extra mile for us and is an asset to Wickes. Thank you.

We got into store and we were asked what we are interested in. Told the young lady and she fetched Rich for us. We were then shown what we could have and for what price, after a few minutes my wife made her decision. Rich then helped us to load trolley paid for goods and even helped me load the car. I went to show him my gratitude and all he wanted was this review. What an absolute gent from start to finish.

From start to finish I received excelled service. Donna Harris at Cannock branch was very patient and helped me to design my new kitchen.

Scott and his son was brilliant trustworthy . They explained everything that would be carried out on the day. They was punctual on arrival. Very hardworking

Popped to Wickes Cannock last week to browse what bathrooms were available. Met Maggs Scott who was unbelievably helpful answering all our queries... we shall be purchasing our bathroom from wickes. Most impressed with the choice

We went to wickes for our kitchen and the kitchen designer was fantastic (Faz Yesmin).
Faz was very helpful and took all our thoughts and requirements into consideration and we have ended up with a great kitchen at a great price I will be recommending Faz to anyone that mentions needing a kitchen thanks for our great experience and for putting up with the playful grandchildren Faz, see you again soon hopefully.

Attended today to purchase some flooring. I wasn't sure on exactly how many boxes I would need. I spoke with a member of staff who identified herself as Faz. Faz took me to her desk in the kitchen design area. I gave her my floor measurements, she quickly came back with the required packs required for my task.

I booked a kitchen fitting appointment and met with Faz Yesmin, she was brilliant listened to my thoughts walked around displays and discussed several options for me. She designed a perfect kitchen and on budget. I would highly recommend her for the perfect individual customer service going above and beyond making me feel very comfortable and valued

Pete was amazing today at the Cannock store, we were confused on what we needed and the quantity Pete calculated it all, gave us great advice then even offered a delivery service! Amazing man thanks Pete, taken a lot of pressure off us today!

Donna was very knowledgable and considerate to what we wanted as a new bathroom drawing up detailed plans and quote to create a great final design.

I recently had a kitchen installed through Wickes and wanted to share my experience. Firstly, I cannot praise Faz, the Design Consultant, highly enough. From the very beginning, Faz was absolutely fantastic, providing excellent communication throughout the entire process and paying attention to every little detail. Her professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to ensuring everything was right made what could have been a stressful project feel straightforward and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Faz to anyone considering a new kitchen installation.

Unfortunately, the main disappointment during the process was the Customer Experience Centre. Resolving issues relating to an installed appliance and concerns regarding the quality of some flooring took many months. Throughout this time, I was repeatedly passed back and forth between Wickes and the manufacturer, which became frustrating and time-consuming. However, once it was determined that sending an engineer from the manufacturer would cost more than replacing the appliance itself, the matter was quickly escalated to management. Since then, arrangements have been made for both the appliance replacement and the flooring quality issues to be rectified.

Overall, while the aftercare process fell short of expectations, the outstanding service provided by Faz and the eventual resolution of the outstanding issues means my experience has ended on a much more positive note.

Our introduction to purchasing a kitchen from Wickes has been very positive. This has been entirely down to Design Consultant Donna Harris at the Cannock store who has been extremely helpful and informative. We appreciated her guidance and attention to detail. Donna is very professional and polite. She listened carefully to our ideas, offered guidance and put us completely at ease. Our home visit went well and our subsequent follow up appointment reassured us and helped us to decide that we are happy to purchase our kitchen from Wickes.

The staff member who helped us, Carl, was amazing. He quickly provided us with useful advice and support. Amazing customer service.

I don't normally write reviews however there is absolutely no customer service at wicked Cannock I went into the store to advise there was a issue getting a trolley not wicked fault ,someone had struck a penny in the slot and jammed up lock,no one bothered to come and attend to the issue they were all just standing around talking.i did manage to get a trolley of another customer, I purchased what I needed, I told the cashier but to be honest she didn't appear to care either.

The service we had from Faz was brilliant from start to finish. The kitchen design was perfect - after a few tweaks! Faz was very patient and helpful and was also very knowledgeable.

The quality of the products is great - much better than some of the higher priced suppliers.

I would highly recommend.

My new kitchen was finished yesterday and only took ten days.
It looks great and we are very pleased with it.

In the cannock branch was very good from the start, she definitely knew her stuff.
The fitter was Chris Richmond and he did an excellent job.
He came recommended by a friend who had a new kitchen a few years before.
He worked mainly on his own, he turned up on time and did not disappear like some trades men do .
He even worked over a couple of days and completed the job when he said he would.
We would definitely recommend him and wickes.

Scott was very patient and helpful in planning my new kitchen from start to finish. The fitter Sofiane from Avatar Building Ltd was also extremely helpful courteous and followed my wishes and instructions and offered advice where I was undecided. My kitchen was fitted over 2 and a half days. The only blip was that there was a week’s delay due to some parts being missed off the order.
