Wickes - Burton Omdömen

I placed an order online for collection from Wickes in Burton. Tyler from the branch gave me a call and let me know I had the last 2 of one of the items I'd ordered and he was worried about the quality of them. He gave me the option of cancelling the order or checking the item over when I collected the other items. Great service. Better than finding out there's a problem when you get there. I had measured up to make sure I could make the decision at the store.

Joel H and Gemma were amazing! Extremely helpful in every aspect of my purchases! Went above and beyond
with customer service. Joel even helped me get them in the back of my truck.

My wife and I have been having problems for days trying to get some suitable colour paint and Joel H and his brothers soon sorted us out .We left feeling happy and grateful for their courtesy respect and help well done lads

Went into Burton on Trent branch today for a bathroom quote ,felt a little apprehensive because of an earlier quote from a different company but Susan Bower-Khan made us feel at ease explaining everything about the process from start to finish ,pointing out all of the details, she’s very friendly and her product knowledge is outstanding and very professional , we now can’t wait to have our lovely new bathroom installed , thankyou Susan you’re a credit to your company ,the Tudor family

The ladies at Wickes in Burton were very helpful and approachable when we were asking for equipment for our animal home. They explained the process and we were able to get a new storage cupboard to keep items safe.

5-Star Review for Rob C at Wickes, Burton on Trent

Rob C at Wickes in Burton on Trent is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, personable, and genuinely eager to help. In the showroom Su was amazing, extremely helpful and made the whole process so easy.

A big thank you to Susan and the team for a fast, trouble free kitchen design and installation. Susan designed and helped me select kitchen colours etc. happy to spend the time sorting through it with me.
Sam and his team who fitted it were thorough and did a great job. I just went to work and left them to it. The area was always left clean and tidy when I got home. Can't fault Wickes from design to completion.

Rob C in burton store helped me find the products I was looking for and was very attentive

Wickes designed and installed my new kitchen and without doubt, I had the best experience from designer Bev Goosey to Simon James' installation team. I was looked after from day 1. I had never planned such a project before and Bev expertly guided me through the process. What I've ended up with is a beautiful kitchen perfectly suited to my needs. Simon is an absolute dream to work with. Timely, respectful, knowledgeable with a fabulous work ethic that is reflected throughout the team. The projectand specialist works came in on time, within budget and no mess. The site was cleaned and tidied at the end of each working day. Wickes' communication was spot on regarding delivery protocols and delivery was on time too. I really cannot praise this team too highly I am so very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them

Excellent service from initial design by Dass of the kitchen to fitting with Simon and his great team. Always tidied up at the end of the day and all very polite. Looking forward to getting the bathroom done next week.
Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish - Bev Goosey went the extra mile at every step of the way to support me in the journey, from design through to delivery and any customer support queries afterwards. Highly recommend 10/10.

We couldn’t be happier with our new Wickes kitchen, right from the start with our designer Bev and then Simon and his team of fitter’s the end result was fabulous. All of the guys were very polite and friendly and Scott always left the place tidy. We would highly recommend this team

Our en-suite refurbishment has just been completed, and we cannot thank Wickes enough for tge superb service we recieved, especially Bev Goosey our design consultant and Andrew our fitter who was first class.

I would reccomend these two any day to do a first class job.

Simon James kitchens are an excellent team of installers for Wickes quality kitchens. 100% satisfaction. Thanks to Bev
and the team

Great experience from start to finish good helpful advise all the way through would recommend (Bev’s experience design and aftercare was first class)

I can not rate our kitchen designer, Bev, highly enough. She explained everything each step of the way and ensured we understood the whole process. We love our finished kitchen and the men who fitted it, said it was of great quality. Thank you

We were so lucky to be looked after by Bev at Burton and then Simon James to install our Bathroom. Nathan the fitter went the extra mile to get the job done and was so respectful of us and our property. They were brilliant throughout and we are so happy with our new bathroom.

The customer service center were not great organising the deliveries or communication but with Bev and Simon on hand it was not a big issue.

Bev Goosey at Burton Wickes created a design for us that was brilliant based on some requirements that we had supplied her with. Our installation was performed by Geoff and his colleagues. The quality of the workmanship and the actual kitchen items themselves is outstanding. The project went smoothly from start to finish and communications were excellent. Whilst having a new kitchen fitted is never going to be a stress-free experience, it was nowhere near as stressful as we were expecting it to be.

Our new kitchen is a joy to behold and as a place to be in/cook in. Thank you to everyone involved in our kitchen project, not only have you done us proud, you're a credit to yourselves too!
