I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Tunay at Wickes Brentwood. I initially came into the store without an appointment to discuss ideas for my dog/boot/utility room. Despite not being booked in, Tunay was incredibly helpful and started working on the design with me there and then. We only stopped when his scheduled customer arrived, which was completely understandable, and I booked an appointment with him for the following morning.
When I returned for my appointment, I was delighted to find that Tunay had already been working on the design before I arrived. He had clearly listened to what I wanted and had put real thought into how the room needed to work. Where Wickes didn't offer an exact product for something I wanted, he came up with practical ways of adapting the cabinetry to achieve it instead.
He was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely interested in getting the design right rather than simply selling me something. The finished design makes excellent use of the space and incorporates everything I asked for.
Excellent customer service at the planning stage and a real credit to the Brentwood store.

just popped in today for a quick browse, picked up some bits and bobs then a young lad called Archie served me and helped me with great service

The whole experience from viewing at showroom to ordering to installation was easy and quick , the installer Andrey of River Birch Interiors where clean. Helpful and discussed problems fully with me

I came into Wickes a few weeks ago and i was helped by one of the managers called Austin. I have never met a more kind, caring and mature young man. I will be visiting again and will now ask for Austin every time i visit. The store is very lucky to have him and I personally believe he deserves a pay rise

Pushpa was extremely helpful.
I gave her too much cash at the till, £60 instead of £30. She told me of my mistake and obviously gave me the extra cash back. Secondly the 3 bales of bark I could not carry, she took them to my car and pushed them into boot from a trolley.
Great lady.

Navdeep was able to give expert advice and was patient, allowing me to make the right choices. Navdeep wants his. Customers to be happy with their purchase and understands the importance of getting it right. He will always answer your calls or emails as soon as he is able and deal with any questions or queries you may have.

Dreadful from start to finish.

The designer took incorrect measurements, which resulted in the wrong materials being ordered and a fridge that doesn't even fit. I'm still without basic essentials such as a sink, hob, and worktops, and my kitchen has been left in an unsafe condition.

I've received endless promises of help from both the Brentwood Wickes store and the customer services team, but none of those promises have materialised. The lack of accountability and communication has been incredibly frustrating.

This has been a hugely disappointing experience, and I completely regret putting my trust in Wickes. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them to change a light bulb.

I would like to point out that the team member Pushpa has given me amazing service was so helpful when the tills went down

What a lovely man Tunay is! On the day of the appointment, he was very professional and talked me through the whole process. I am very pleased with his service.

Very helpful staff, helped me out getting the right top soil I needed and a pleasure to deal with, special thanks to Sara!

I had a brand new kitchen fitted by Wickes just days before they caused a leak which destroyed it. That kitchen was bought with my critical illness money.
Nearly 12 months later, nothing has been done. Questgates and Keoghs have dragged this out for almost a year. I’m a cancer patient and I had no heating all winter because of their delays.
Now Questgates want to rip my brand new kitchen out, “assess” it, and try to reinstall the old units. Everyone knows that once you start taking kitchens apart, the joints and fittings are never the same again. I will never accept that. Never.
The stress they have caused me has been absolutely unbearable.

I have just had my preparation and kitchen fitted by Andrey of River Birch Interiors. The work was done to an excellent standard and nothing was too much trouble. A very hard worker and left my house spotless at the end of the day. I am thrilled and looking forward to enjoying my new kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I ordered Paint on line, very prompt service for collection. Although unable to collect until Bank Holiday Monday. It appeared Dulux does not stock or sell 5 litres in Daffodil White. Despite being on an offer. Hence made more sense to choose another suitable colour in 5 litre pot. Which i thankfully found, along with Tray & roller brushes.

At Brentwood, Designer Tunay Karaman served us beyond expectations, with one of modern kitchen in UK
He deserves millions of stars and more promotion due to his skills and everything!

We got some great bedding plants for the garden from Wickes in Brentwood today - quick service and really helpful staff - especially Pushpa who went the extra mile
