Great customer service from chris

I visited braintree wickes recently to pick up some items to decorate my house. Whilst I was there I was walking around trying to find a staff member to support me. I saw one staff member Donna at the front desk who was just stood there eating. When I eventually went over and was served by her I found her very rude and abrupt. She made me feel like I was asking too much of her. What's happened to customer service nowadays. It shouldn't hurt to smile.
