Wanted a kitchen not a run down of a wound
Went in today, Saturday to look at bathrooms and kitchens with the view to ordering both from Wickes
Had previously picked up brochures from Wickes Grantham and had made a decision about both and as Boston is closer I thought I’d order from there.
Disappointed that after around 15 minutes of standing around waiting to get attention I was still being ignored by the 1 bloke and 2 women sat at their desks
Instead of ordering my kitchen and bathroom I was left to listen to the women discussing someone who it seemed was in hospital and had an open wound that needed packing to absorb the fluid in it 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮
Not really what I wanted to hear
Finally got chap asking if I needed any help but he really didn’t seemed to fussed about helping me
Shame on Boston
I’m not even going back to order from Grantham but elsewhere now.
Loss of 2 orders and installation which would’ve been around £10,000.
Never mind I’m sure you didn’t need my custom anyway

Hi, Jennifer. Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. I'm sincerely sorry to learn of your experience in store when going to look at bathrooms and kitchens, this is not the level of customer service we do expect to see. I have sent you a request for more information, so I can look into this further for you. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. - Scott H
