Wickes - Ashby De La Zouch Omdömen 

Jimmy pang was helpful and created a mock up of my kitchen very quickly, within the same day as visiting my house. He had good knowledge of the product range made it very easy to design and choose our kitchen.

Massive thank you to Jim in the design apartment. He was the most professional and helpful person out of the 3 different companies that i used to quote my new kitchen. Would highly recommended using him at wickes in Ashby.

I chose Wickes Ashby de la Zouch over 4 other kitchen design showrooms. Unlike the others I was not put under pressure on day 1 to buy today or it’ll go up in price at midnight and all that bunkum etc etc. The kitchen designer there, Jimmy Pang, sold me his design of my product choice with a sympathetic guidance. For instance, I wanted and island ( don’t we all?). He said it wouldn’t look right. Table and chairs was the way to go. Nevertheless he designed one and showed it in 3D. It didn’t look right. His many years of interior design experience showed itself. I was allocated Tom Mackenzie of Ibstock to install the refit. From the minute he arrived to survey the job, the guidance and confidence he gave me was invaluable. So much so we went on holiday and left him and his small team to get on with it. A beautiful end result.

Steve Chilvers at Wickes gave friendly and excellent consultancy advice on the kitchen fit and was very patient and helpful with the choices that we made

Great customer service from Lewis (Design Consultant) He provided expert advise, realistic options and made the daunting process of getting a new bathroom achievable and financially viable.

We are a small company who have a couple of jobs local to Ashby, we have used Wickes Ashby for the last six weeks or so,the store has generally had everything we have needed and found the staff professional very pleasant and helpful, a special mention to Lorna and Bharti and the staff who have been helpful and courteous.

5* service through the whole process of full kitchen redesign. Thankful for Wicks managing the whole process including floor replacement, electrics and gas requirements along with the kitchen refit.

Everything I use Ashby be la touch depot Lorna always seems to be there which developed into a pleasant exchange quote "your always here I think u must live here" to which Lorna always has a funny comment. She is the person who introduced me to the discount system and when it didn't activate sorted it out for me. She is also very helpful in locating products or advising when things that are out of stock will be back in.
I would also like to give praise to Kirsty who spent time with me finding the best products for my latest project as I am building my kitchen from scratch not flat pack and it's not easy matching different materials to get the final desired finish. She was prepared to help me without rushing me showing different items I mentioned and items She suggested.
I would also like to give a big thank you too both girls for having an interest in my project to the point they both said they would like to see photos of my progress. That in my book is showing interest in your customers not just trying g to sell your goods.

Me & my husband bought our kitchen from. Whicks Lewis was our kitchen designer he was very helpful he his very good at his job he always went that extra mile to make sure everything was organised from start to finish we couldn't recommend him enough Mr&Mrs Hodgetts

We had a lovely lady called Lorna serve us today. She was very kind and helpful, she mixed some Dulux paint for us and helped with all questions we had.
Would definitely recommend Ashby Wickes. Thank you to Lorna as well.

Our visit today was no less than spot on! We was kindly helped by Trevor who helped us out with some compost. All of the remaining bags of compost were split but Trevor was quick thinking neatly bagging each bag up and discounting for the damaged bags to avoid them being wasted! Trevor is a true legend and should get some form of recognition for his excellent customer service!!!!!

We have used Wickes in Ashby for two kitchens now in different houses.
Jimmy Pang is brilliant as the designer and consultant - nothing is too much bother for him and he always has brilliant suggestions as to the way forward.
The team that they use to do the installation is also excellent and their attention to details is superb
