Wholesale Supplies Plus Omdömen

I love all the products I got from Wholesale Supplies. My main concern was the shipping time but they were very quick.

Yes my order was correct. I was dissappointed that one of the fragrances I used to get, Hawaiian Smoothie, is not available any more. Very sad about that, it was a good seller for my soaps.

Got my supplies quickly. Everything smelled good.

I have received several orders now and I am quite satisfied with this Company. My orders never have any problems and they arrive fast. I love the free shipping on orders over $25.

Delivered on time and good quality products.

Great Thank you!

Great scents fast delivery excellent customer service

Charged me over $10 for ONE treatment pump (usually about $0.35 each. I had ordered 2 packaged of 12 during a sale. I got 2 pumps. When I asked about it they claimed they changed the price and I ordered just before the price change. I’m sure I ordered correctly and this was a glitch in their system but flat out refused to admit they had a problem (seriously - they said they were charging to the penny the same for one single pump and then changed the price to the penny for 12 pumps between my order being placed and received). I’ve been their customer for over 15 years but now have zero trust in them. Buyer beware. Screen shot everything with a date when ordering.

They have the products I'm looking for and get them out quickly.

While their fragrance oils are top notch, I feel like they are price gouging. WSP bought out most of my regular suppliers and raised prices. Some more than doubled. Shipping is usually free, but there is a handling fee. I live in the same state as WSP but it takes almost 2 weeks to get an order. I will still order from them on occasion for quality reasons, but only when I can't get the oils and liquid dye from other suppliers.

The bottles are really nice and exactly what I expected. The color and size are perfect, and overall I’m very happy with them. My only complaint is the packaging. All of the bottles were shipped together in one bag without any individual protection, so they rubbed against each other during shipping and some arrived with scuff marks. I wish they had been individually wrapped or had some kind of protection between them to prevent scratching. Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase!

Product smelled wonderful, just what I needed to start my own business going. Thank you so much. Will order again

Wholesale Supplies Plus has always been my go-to place for soap-making supplies, and they never disappoint! In my most recent order, one of the items spilled inside its plastic bag. I called customer service right away, and they kindly sent me a replacement, which arrived within just a few days. Their excellent customer service is one of the many reasons I continue shopping with them. They truly never disappoint!

I was able to order what I was looking for and it came in a reasonable amount of time

Fast and easy

I had no issues with my order. Communication was clear and timely, shipment arrived earlier than initially estimated, products were packaged well, and the quality has been great.

It's been quite a while since I have ordered from WSP because I had started a new hobby but the products are still high quality, the package was well wrapped, the fragrances still smell great and work well for my needs. After ordering fragrance oil from elsewhere and now from WSP again, I realized just how good the products are at WSP. They are also affordable for great quality products. It's nice to be able to rely on a business and not have to worry about what you'll end up with every time you order. Definitely a keeper. It did take a while to get the order but you just have to plan for that. I didn't need it right away so it didn't matter to me.

The order was received quickly and accurately. I would like to see more Crafterchoice fragrances instead of the Rustic and Just scent they just don't compare with the quality of the crafter's choice. They are weak and therfor I need to use twice as much.

Will order more stuff, loved everything we’ve purchased so far.
