Amazing service
I couldn't be happier with the products and the service I received. Very flexible even to the extent of putting a special order in with their supplier for some cables that were not in stock. Simon Donnerstag in their sales team was amazing, always helpful and communication was first rate. Thank you

Lack of communication
Lack of communication, I waited nearly 2 weeks for my Light Bulbs to be delivered was not kept informed of the delay.
I rang Customer Service to see what the problem was they were waiting for them to come in stock. I did ask the young lady to keep me informed. Needless to say she totally ignored my request.

Hi Jean, firstly I'd like to apologise for the service you have received. I've taken a look at your order and the bulbs you've ordered, and they're due back in with the supplier near the end of this week, around Feb 9th. Once in, we should be able to dispatch your order and it should be with you early next week. Our apologies once again, as a member of our team should have notified you about this delay. The WLED Team.

Recently ordered around 25 bulbs
Recently ordered around 25 bulbs, couple of them broke/don't work from day one and few of them had loose bits inside making noise, looks like a loose parts. I bought with them before, certialy the quality has dropped significantly. Although there is a warranty its pain to pay for postage everytime for each broken bulb.

Hi, firstly our apologies for the service you have received. Having looked at your order, it seems that we haven't received any phone calls or emails from you about your faulty bulbs (other than this review), and haven't been given any opportunity to put this right for you. As much as we'd love for our lights to have a 0% failure rate, we know this simply isn't possible, hence the standard 2 year warranty on each bulb. Should you wish to claim on your warranty, we're available on 0116 321 4120 and would be happy to sort this out for you. The WLED Team.
Great service
Initially contacted WLED via Whatsapp to query a product. Was sent the link to the item I needed and placed the order. They dispatched the item the next day but Royal Mail didn't deliver it for another 5 days. Not WLED's issue

Great item and great service
Great item and great service, the reason that i didnt give you 5 stars cos one of the panes of glass was damaged and there was a note telling me that. if you spotted a damaged one when sending, you should have changed it there and then. the customer service staff member was very helpful and is sending me a new piece.
