I really wish we'd read the reviews on this website before we made our purchase. As per many of the other reviews on here, we placed an order, paid our money and then were fobbed off with excuse after excuse as to why our order had not arrived. The excuses got more and more ridiculous.
Finally, after 6 weeks, our print arrived (despite the website saying a turnaround of 10 days - a "clerical error" apparently) and the quality of the canvas was APPALLING!!!
I've contacted the boss of the company a number of times now, asking for the canvas to be collected and for a full refund to be given. Needless to say, I am once again being fobbed off (or worse still, ignored) at every step of the way. They have £100 of my money - I'm now speaking with CAB, who are referring my case to Trading Standards. AVOID THESE CON MEN!!!

How does a company like this stay in business. They take your money and never deliver the goods. I placed an order on 1st November. After a month started to wonder where the canvas was and what was the problem. Called their offices and was told it would be sent in the next few days. Next phone call was told it had left their offices and was on its way. Never arrived. Called again and was told will be sent out in few days. Asked for someone to call me back as I wanted a refund as I didn't believe a word of what they were saying. Of course nobody called back and have had no refund.
If you are considering using this company DON'T. There are companies out there who are a pleasure to deal with and deliver what they say they will. This company is not one of them!

8 November money taken
14 November, nothing heard so sent an email, no reply
18 November, nothing heard so sent ANOTHER email, no reply
22 November, called them up, was told it was being printed today and delivered on 25 November
3 December, still not received, called up and asked for a refund

Literally the worst customer service / online shopping experience I have ever encountered. DO NOT USE

I find it very hard to believe that the positive reviews posted here are genuine, as it appears very unlikely that a company appraised for such a good service at the same time can receive reviews from customers stating that it is the worst the ever experienced.

I ordered myself a print from a well know artist, which they had for sale on their website. The payments was taken from my credit card, but after a few days I hadn't heard anything, no estimated delivery time, no dispatch notification...nothing. Have since tried numerous times to call and email them, but no one ever answers the phone, no one replies to the emails. It has been 3 weeks now, and no sign of any deliveries and no response what so ever. Stay away from this company, they hold not even the lowest business standards and should be reported to the authorities.

My dealings with these guys started well, but after exchanging just a few emails to tweak the custom print, I then heard nothing from them. I have requested a refund of the money they very quickly took off me, but after repeated emails, have yet to receive this, a year later. Don't be taken in.

Top score to these guys, used them loads of times and wouldnt use anyone else!!

Ordered some custom canvas using my own photo as a present for the wife - superb quality, she was well chuffed!

I bought a groupon and submitted literally on the last day possible, my photo wasn't centralised so I asked them to re-centre it and tehy did exactly that. they were so popular that they rand out of canvas so there was a short delay but then they posted my picture when they said they would and it came out really well. i'd definitely use them again.

I received 2 Photo-To-Canvas portraits of my daughters for grandparent; the best quality canvas prints I have ever seen, amazing quality product and reproduction of image. Some airbrush work which was fantastic.
A first class job and first class experience, good communication and quick.
Highly recommend! 5*. Will be back.

Took delivery of my artwork yesterday - All I can say... Amazing!! What a superb selection of art, and really a bad price either. I could honestly spend years looking though the ranges ;) Great guys to speak to as well, highly recommended

WHoArtNow have received some bad press on here for their performance over the Christmas 2011 period, not least of all from myself, where they were unable to complete many orders or communicate with the customers. However, I have since been contacted personally by a member of the team and received a much higher standard of service, and belatedly received the print I ordered, which was excellent quality. Also they have made the effort to rectify their mistake by offering me a significant discount on an additional print which I have accepted, and have offered a much more personal level of communication since.

We received our custom artwork on Friday & are really happy with it. They have been great to work with - the designer was happy to make as many alterations as we needed and really added a personal touch. It took a little longer than anticipated, but well worth the wait. A quality product too, we will be spreading the good news! Vince

Big thanks for whoartnow -- I ordered 3 canvases which promptly arrived on my birthday! They are exactly what I'd hoped they would be and will look fantastic on the wall. They were very patient & took more time than expected in getting them right - I will certainly be recommending you to my friends & coming back for more pictures.

Great customer service from start to finish. I was not sure which of my photographs would work with the art effects and asked for some help. Whoartnow were great producing some mock ups and advising on which photographs would work well. Once the artwork was agreed I received it really quickly. I am really impressed with the quality of the work and also their really helpful customer service. Thank You.

I've just come back from holiday and I would just like to thank the team at WHoArtNow for the canvas that we finally got. My boyfriend absolutely loved it! People who also saw it hanging up really admired it too, so I am making sure to recommend you! Thanks again x

We received our order today, and I'd like to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with WHoArtNow. The efficiency, and most importantly the quality of the product, is extremely refreshing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in future or recommend.

Bought 2 vouchers from Groupon - wish I hadn't bothered!
Poor service - could not upload photo - no preview available. They then lost the art work and I had to keep chasing them to find out what was happening.
Sent photo again - print arrived eventually - not very good quality. Delivery costs over the op!

My order arrived promptly, I was expecting a delay as they explained how busy they had been at Christmas, so a huge thanks to the team for expediting it so quickly.

I'd also like to say that the service that they offer is fantastic - they were very friendly & efficent to deal with and can't speak highly enough of them! I Look forward to placing further orders in the future.

andy was so patient and efficient with my many requests and alterations. i am VERY FUSSY!!!! the final 2 pieces are amazing. they were suprise xmas gifts, and have been admired by many. there was some confusion on delivery details. but arrived just in time, excellently packaged. excellent quality.

highly recommend this companys products.
just make sure to confirm the delivery details, to avoid any mistakes.
