We completely understand your frustration, especially as this isn't the first time you've experienced issues. Not receiving any communication from the delivery company and then finding your pallet left in the middle of your driveway is understandably disappointing. Collecting a delivery should never become a source of stress.

Good Quality…
I have no problems with White Horse Energy , it was the courier company I could not get through to and not yourselves. As usual your logs came high quality and well packed today. Unfortunately the courier were the let down waited in all day for them a message or phone call just to say that we would not get our delivery yesterday is all it took.

Web site continues to misleading showing fire wood crates full to overflowing with logs whereas in reality crates are delivered less than full.

Very good and helpful
Ordered my winters pellet, easy to do, but I forgot to put restricted access. I rang to add it to my order, I was told it had been added,but when the delivery company called to arrange delivery luckily I checked, it had not been added.
Had this happened I would have given 5*.
The delivery company did not do so well but the problems we sorted out by Niki Hamnca. My grateful thanks to her.

Reliiable quality
Reliiable quality, the logs are very dry, and are wrapped in plastic on the pallet so cannot get wet after delivery until plastic removed.
One negative--some are too big and need splitting.
