For knap 1,5 år siden købte jeg en kummefryser som på varme dage danner så meget kondens at det løber hen af gulvet. På trods af to uafhængige besøg fra teknikere der begge anbefaler en ombytning af produktet samt en langtrukken sagsbehandling med diverse overspringshandlinger fra Whirlpools side, afviser de at bytte produktet. Min anbefaling er aldrig køb nogle af deres produkter- hold jer langt væk fra det firma og brug jeres penge ved firmaer der faktisk overholder garantier

Nu har jeg ventet, omkring en måned for et reservedel til et produkt Ikea har solgt, det er nok den værste kundeservice jeg har oplevet, fræk - utrolig dårlig talende dansk, kunne ikke gøre noget men lægger sagen videre, altså ansvarsfraskrivning, som også Ikea har gjort, produktet er under 2 år gammel, men var allerede i stykker ved leveringen, der var motoren itu, fik en mand til at skifte den, ca. 14 dage efter, så istandsættelse af køkkenet, blev udsat 2 uger, ikke godt, når man skal have håndværkere på, der allerede, var bestilt

I am recovering from cancer treatment & am in very bad health, yet the disgusting way in which my query was dealt with has left me very upset.
No empathy shown whatsoever by the person I spoke to and by this company.
I hope you are so proud of yourselves. You have really set me back in my recovery.

Dårligste Microovn vi har haft er Whirlpool Extra Crisp
Man har fået den "geniale" ide at udelade den roterende tallerken. Resultat værste micro man kan tänkle sig. Ved optøning er halve varen frossen og anden halvdel rygende varm. Den såkallede crisp funktion virker heller ikke, bränder overfladen der grillen er monteret og varmer knapt ude i siderne.

Very poor customer service. The staff I have spoken to does not sound reassuring and very rude over the phone. I was passed over to a different central number three times before I managed to get hold of one of your staff.
The line akso cut off and I never received a call back that I had to go through the same process all over again and had to call the numbers and again, I was redirected several times.
Poor service.
Customer service communication needs to improve and train your staff to have patience and speak nicely to customers!!!

Nothing was done well. I was being passed from pillar to post by different advisors. I’ve spoken to five different advisors this morning and 4 out of 5 were unhelpful. Would not recommend your services to my worst enemy.

The last member of the staff I spoke with her name is Su she was very nice and she was very helpful I am a cancer patient and when I talk to people before her I felt down but she left me up and made me feel better thanks to your company who employed someone like this kind lady 👍….

Appalling service and treated so unfairly, 2 weeks and my problem won't be sorted for another week , pictures taken of model number and serial number yet still wrong part ordered,. Telling me we will be out on this date then cancelling and rearranging another date and doing this 2 times ,, absolutely disgusting behaviour promising to come come out then leaving it another week 2 times they done this absolutely shocking customer service the man on the phone didn't seem bothered as he was reading his computer screen honestly just shocking.

Replacement part from Hotpoint arrived today. When i first requested this part for my new oven I didn't think I was going to get it? However, Hotpoint again have come up with 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. A fantastic Britsh company.

Jeg kontaktede dem ( Alex) første gang , de har løst probleme telefonisk.
Denne gang vi kunne ikke, de skulle bestille en service til det. Jeg blev kontakte af en søde medarbejder inden en time hun bestilte en tid til dagen efter. Teknisk service ( Niels) ringede halv time før og var til tiden. Han har løst problemet med det sammen. Han var hjælpsom , professionel og høflig. Rigtig god oplevelse !

Ordered Indesit fridge freezer through Argos and when it arrived you had substituted it for a different as you no longer did that model. There was no communication from you to say it was obsolete. It took nearly 2 weeks for you to collect it and I was unable to order a replacement as it was sat in kitchen gathering dust!! Very poor on your behalf. Do not use them
Poor Hotpoint freezer quality and support
Had to have our first Hotpoint freezer replaced in 9 months. Now the replacement broken down after 3 months (similar fault). Engineer will need to visit third time and lost £500 worth of food.

Awful service with hotpoint have always used products my washer was excellent until it developed a fault bearings ? it was repaired after using 6 yrs a week later an electrical fault developed tripping my home fuse box repaired 10 days later got up to find utility & garden room under water and machine gushing water and only able to switch it off via fuse box- engineer visit deemed a safety issue fire risk so hotpoint would replace like for like so collected faulty one and to install new one they refused due to a toilet being in wash room ? Reason risk of flooding ?? Before this was delivered I could see it was not like for like so I asked if I pay the difference can I upgrade to a machine which is like for like refused - now 6 days later new machine broken 😡 hotpoint is useless, rude and no care !!!

Awful customer service no one knows what they are talking about and provide phone numbers as resolutions that don’t even work!! I’ll be cancelling my plans and wont use again.
