Hello,
We are sorry to hear that your parcel was delayed. This is highly unusual, even for deliveries to remote areas. Please be assured that we are currently investigating the matter to ensure it does not happen again.
We can confirm that your return has been received and a full refund has been processed.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies.
Kind regards,
