Rude attitude towards former guests
I'm so displeased with the service from Westin. At my stay, they reserved a large amount of money on my account by fault. It is now 2 weeks ago, and they still haven't released the large amount, despite that I have messaged, mailed and called them on the telephone and discussed the matter. There is absolutely no reason for Westin to hold on to their customers money for so long after a stay and not react appropiate to direct inquiries! The attitude is blatantly rude.
