Hassle Free Purchase

I brought my Honda CR-V in for a headlight recall. Jason Hunter used to service my car at Brandon Honda. When I found out he was now working at Wesley Chapel Honda, I switched. I trust Jason. He is very personable, helpful, and just a fun person.

Honda Accord purchase
I purchased my Honda Accord Coupe at Wesley Chapel Honda recently and had a great experience. My salesman listened to my needs and did not play any games on price or payment. Barely Tolerable
The sale aspect of my purchase was pretty good. No real hassles. However, after the sale the nightmare begins. I will just say that they have the most unprofessional group of employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I will take my business to ANY other dealership before I come back there.

Never an enjoyable experience
I have been a customer, on and off, for years and it has never been an enjoyable experience. Whether I have an appointment or not, it takes at least 20-30 minutes to complete the paperwork and have my care serviced.
If I go in for an oil change, I'm hit with recommended services that are always $400-600. I usually then take it to another repair shop for more than half the savings. Last time, they tried to sell me a transmission service because the fluid was low.
I have complained many times with Iris Moe who said Mike White would be calling me. That never happened. I called her on it via email and she apologized and said he'd call. Again, never happened. To sum it up, if you need something like a recall done or have the time to sit and decline the laundry list of things they "recommend" the service itself is good.

Honda has real people you can count on.
Jason Hunter, service specialist, gave me great service and confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. He genuinely made me feel like Honda does care about saving me money while keeping me completely informed about my car maintenance needs.

recommended unnecessary repairs
I had maintained my car with the dealership where I purchased it, but brought my car in for an oil change to Wesley Chapel after moving to the area. They recommended several expensive repairs and told me the most crucial thing I needed to do was replace the lower containment arm bushings. I don't know what that is, but the mechanic stated it was cracked and needed to be replaced very soon at a cost of about $500. I later took my car back to the old dealership who thought it was strange that they hadn't noticed any wear in that area before. After having 2 separate mechanics inspect the car, they found no crack or any need to replace anything. I will not be going back to Wesley Chapel because I feel they tried to take advantage of me.
