Brad worked very well with me to get the best rate and monthly payment. I am very pleased with his service.

I would like to give a 5 star but I can't do it. I was offered a .75 discount because I was repeat customer. This dragged on for weeks because the manager who granted the discount, backed out. Very unethical business practice. The monthly payment was quoted about 55.00 lower. At the end of the day I have an awesome tireless Processor who worked with me just about everyday whether it was for my Homeowners Insurance or my impounded property tax. Veronica Hall was such a delightful person to work with. If ever I have to do another refi, I'd request to have Veronica handle my file.

I was kept up to date and delt with professional person Brad nice experience.

I need to ask someone who has financed with them& the loan didn’t go through cause it says unsatisfactory contract and that was the reason why& I called them& I’m waiting for a call back from them cause I have not got a answer yet so I’m so confused on what’s going on or what does this even mean?

My refinance of first mortgage just closed on June 9, 2020. As a former mortgage loan officer I am very familiar with the mortgage process and WesLend Financial did an outstanding job. My mortgage advisor Brad Cejka was very knowledgeable, very accessible, and nice and receptive to all of my many questions. When I sent him requested information he immediately reviewed it and submitted it to underwriting. He provided timelines throughout the process and my loan actually closed sooner than anticipated, which was great. Our mortgage went from an interest rate of 6.75% to 3.375%, we are saving $1,500 per month, I know the savings sounds unbelievable but when you are a self-employed person and have excellent credit you are treated like you have bad credit just because you are self-employed, we have literally paid more for almost everything credit related, but WesLend was unlike other mortgage companies, they evaluated our situation fairly based on our excellent credit rating and our ability to pay. We could not be happier, thanks to Brad, our mortgage advisor and Veronica our underwriter for seeing that we are a great credit risk. I knew in the beginning of the process that this was going to work out fine and immediately had my daughter start the refinance process with Brad and her loan will be closing in the next two weeks. My daughters mortgage balance was much smaller and now she has an affordable plan to payoff her mortgage in 7 years because of the lowered interest rate. I am located on the East coast and Brad, my mortgage advisor is located on the West coast, the 3 hour time difference never affected the loan process, that is huge!

We are working with Christina Cho from Lenox to completea refinance of our 30yr fixed mortgage, we have found her to be responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. We have had an easy time communicating with Christina, she has helped us with all of our questions and listened to all of our needs. Although we have refinanced many times with different brokers in the past, each case can have some complexity to it, this is our first time working with Lenox and Christina and so far we are extremely satisfied with the process and Christina’s guidance.

I worked with Mike Rael and Gigi and they did a fantastic job with locking the rate and getting my refinance done in about 3 weeks. Fastest and easiest refinance by far. We lowered our rate by over a point and were able to save over $200 a month on our mortgage payment. Couldn't be happier!

The process took for ever my questions only got answer when they needed to reach out to me. Very disappointed and wasted 500 for a appraisal

I worked with Lori Kellet to refinance my home and she was wonderful. She carefully considered my needs and found the best option for me.
