I am supposedly a VIP, ended up winning a couple grand. Trying to withdraw now and they keep giving me the runaround, even my so called “VIP Manager” is deflecting. It’s a simple Email transfer of my winnings, why does it take days to do this? Im skeptical now I should have read the reviews before signing up with this Casino.

I have not received my funds yet, been 2 days, and this is infuriating, I will go to war with them in a Legal way if I dont get my money. I had high hopes for this casino when I started, but should have read the reviews prior! Absolutely disgusted.

Joa was soll ich sagen bis letzte Woche war ich sehr aktiv da und hatte nie Probleme mit der Auszahlung, bis ich dann mal 2k innerhalb 2 Tage auszahlen wollte(500€ eingezahlt, anschließend 1k ausbezahlt und noch knapp 2k auf dem Wettkonto. At the first time I tought they are scammers. I have been asking for self-exclusion because of gambling issues. By missunderstanding they have denied it, after I have contacted support they have agreed that thes have made a mistake, and they have just refunded my loss.
It looks like they are not scammers at all, they have reviewed my case and have made fair actions.

I'm grateful for the company, I can recommend it for everyone who can gamble without any health issues

Ich habe eingezahlt und einen 100% Bonus genommen. Ich habe den Bonus umgesetzt und wollte 2.400€ auszahlen. Nach 5 Tagen wurde die Auszahlung abgelehnt und mir wurde vorgeworfen das ich eine „Bonusmanipulation“ begangen habe. Geld bekomme ich nicht und die wollen nicht mit sich reden lassen.

Never ever put your money in this site. I will point the reasons.
Firstly they will cancel your withdraw because you need to make 5x turnover on your deposit.
Secondly the deposit you make, its not only that ammount you need to make 5x turnover on. Its on all the deposit you have made in the site. So if you deposit 200 euro and lose. And deposit 200 euro again, you need to 5x the 200+200 euro 5x times. Scam site, and the support tells you "Good luck" when you try to explain about their stupid terms of use.

Hier wird nichts ausgezahlt. Es funktioniert nur Einzahlungen und zwar blitzt schnell. Auszahlungen werden abgelehnt ohne Grund.

Got scammed.
Placed opposing bets on a sport event on two betting sites (Team A with Weltbet and Team B on other site). Only scenario where I’d lose was if it was a draw. Team A wins 3-0 but Weltbet records it as a loss. Contacted support and spent at least 2 hours with them over a 2 day span. Their answer : “trade was settled correctly”. They will close chat session on you. They don’t even try to correct their wrongs so it makes it outright theft. I will produce a formal complaint with Curaçao Gaming Control Board. I don’t care about the $40 bet but I do care when I get scammed. Fraudsters should not be given licenses to rip people off. This is theft.

Ich habe 1000 Euro auszahlen wollte die ich selber eingezahlt habe. Die zahlen niemals aus. Die Auszahlung wird abgebrochen. Der Rulover oder so etwas in der Art wurde noch nicht umgesetzt. Das sind Betrüger. Diebe.

Ho effettuato un primo deposito di 200 euro ricevendo il 100% di bonus,perso tutto il credito ho effettuato un secondo deposito di 400 euro ricevendo il 30% di bonus,ho effettuato 24 volte il bonus e al termine hanno prelevato tutto il saldo lasciando solo 600 euro quando avevo un saldo di 2400,il regolamento dice espressamente che la conversione massima è 10 volte il bonus(in questo caso 1200)adesso per effettuare il prelievo stanno chiedendo una serie di documenti assurdi,tutto questo per ritardare il prelievo,da evitare come la peste,spero spendano i miei soldi tutti in medicine per loro e le loro famiglie,non aprite account in questa piattaforma di ladri

Großes Angebot an Spielen, dafür vergebe ich gerne einen Stern. Das war es aber auch schon an positiven Eindrücken bei dieser Firma. Ich habe nach einem Impressum gesucht und leider nicht gefunden. Fragen dazu und Fragen zur Lizenzierung des Casinos beantwortet der Support nicht. Also gibt es hier auch keine Einzahlung. Ich rate auch jedem dazu, Finger weg von diesem Casino

Umsatzbedingungen sind echt schuftig, habe ich zu spät gesehen (5x die Einzahlung zu Quote 1,60). Habe Geld eingezahlt und auch wieder ausgezahlt, da ich die Bedingungen erfüllt hatte. Die Auszahlung hat einige Tage gedauert und es wurden viele Dokumente angefordert, aber es ging. Kann die anderen hier nicht bestätigen, die Auszahlung wurde sofort meinem Konto gutgeschrieben. Also für mich kein Betrug.
