Terrible service and lack of communication
I have a repeat prescription and have been using Well for a couple of years now. My medication has consistently been late for some time now. To the point where I’ve started requesting it earlier than needed, yet STILL end up running out each month. Zero communication at any point to advise of the delay and I’m always left chasing them to find out what’s going on, with most of my questions going unanswered. Using Well has been stressful, and frustrating and I will be going elsewhere in future.

I went to today afternoon to talk with…
I went to today afternoon to talk with the pharmacist about redness on my skin I was a bit choked with his approach with his arms behind his body trying to keep distance( I don’t have any contagious disease) . I went to see my doctor her approach her was fantastic, touched on my skin without any fears.
I don’t recommend well care pharmacy .. very untidy,.. look like more storage space

Not recieved medication
I recieved a text on the 17th of September saying my meds are on there way in 2 to 4dayson the 22 of Sept a text from the post office on the morning to my sons e-mail address on his phone....? Saying the medication has been delivered...it has not..? Today Wednesday 23rd I will be going to my chemist to find out was is going on and probably removing the well app.
