Well Pharmacy Omdömen 

I visited a local Well pharmacy for one small item that they were unable to supply. I found the same item at the on-line Well pharmacy site but there was no click-and-collect option. so I had to pay almost as mush for delivery as for the item. Perhaps Well should better integrate their on-line and in-person offerings

I phoned Well Online who said my prescription was released, but when I went to the pharmacy in person it had not been released. Whenever I have tried to pay for my prescription online, the payment is rejected even though my card is working, so I still cannot receive my prescription.

Efficient order and delivery

I am very impressed with the way the company followed up on my prescription with the GP and giving me the feedback and making sure that I receive my medication on time.

Takes absolutely ages to post out prescriptions, you have had the prescription back from the doctors for a week, and still not sending the prescriptions! This service is only ok if you don’t need regular medication as a type 1 diabetic unfortunately I do! And constantly need to order repeats, just a wait of over two week to receive it is a joke!

I get reminders telling me to order I then do my orders and within. Days my order is delivered no problem with there great service thank you

Booked a flu vaccination online at Well+ Pharmacy in Old Marston, Oxford for 9am. They didn't turn up till 5 past 9 and then said they had no idea about the online booking and don't start flu vaccinations for another month. Very unapologetic

The service is very inconsistent.
Sometimes from receiving the prescription from my doctors the order can be processed within 2 days then other times its 7 days and its still in preparing to send. The online help is abysmal nobody ever answers any questions on the chat facility
Will be changing to another online pharmacy

A safe and secure place to buy weight loss medication. I like the fact that I had to meet with a clinician and will have regular reviews. Very quick delivery once accepted. Reasonable price compared to other places.

I have nearly run out of tablets and they still not her it’s been 10 days now

Made an appointment for 17:45 on the 10th September 2026 for a flu vaccination at the Blaenavon pharmacy. Appointment confirmation email received, follow up reminders received. Turned up for my vaccine, and was told they know nothing about it and didn’t even have the vaccine there. Won’t be booking again with Well.

Would have given 0 if I could for poor customer support I receive my weight loss medication late 2 months in a row. The medication is sold by well advertising that it comes in cool storage and should be refrigerated between 2-8 degrees mine came and the temp was 18.6 degrees when I phoned up to complain I was robbed off by Neil the qualified pharmacist told the mediation is fine and I should read the labels and all pens once used only have a 30 day shelf life once opened whether they have been in cool storage of not so they wouldn't do anything they offer me a refund on the postage and insulating off 20 pound off my next purchase. Why would I go through this again.
Going to ASDA next month cheaper and get asda rewards on each purchase advise people not to this company. Very disappointed as the weight loss medication are working great.

I genuinely cannot speak more highly of Well Pharmacy. You do all the reminders for me and I just tick a few boxes and get my prescription, with updates at what stage the approval and delivery are at. If a delay at the Doctors. you still notify me and say you will follow up.
