It is very frightening when you can’t get the medication you need to be well. Well.co.was so helpful and made sure we got what was needed, they made sure the GPS got the gob done. Thank you so much.

I find well pharmacy excellent, they remind me about my prescription and all l have to do is go on the app and order my prescription , they send it to me within a few days.

Poor experience and customer service

My initial experience with Well Pharmacy, Cross Gates, I was given the incorrect medication and had been taking it for some weeks before I realised something was wrong because of symptoms/side effects necessitating a visit to the GP. No apology was forthcoming though it was reported at my doctor’s request.

In hindsight I should have changed pharmacy at that point, but instead I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, recently, I’ve been on the receiving end of sub standard, indifferent customer service from Well Pharmacy, Cross Gates; including the contents of my prescription being mentioned in front of other customers (no regard given to privacy), and of course the waiting times other reviews have also mentioned. So, this time, I shall most certainly be changing pharmacy.

Why does it take 2-3 days to obtain…

Why does it take 2-3 days to obtain your prescription from Well pharmacy, I understand that if items are out of stock you may have to wait, but even off the shelf items take ar least 2 days..
Example..my GP sent a new prescription to well pharmacy( 1 item), the GP also gave me a copy to collect, I visited the following day, handed the copy to a staff member, who took the item out of a draw, and placed it on the working counter and told me it will only be a few minutes, another member of staff then said it will be ready to collect tomorrow???
Think it's about change of pharmacy.

3 day wait for prescriptions

For a second consecutive occasion I have had to wait three days for my prescription. The first time, having been told to return in three days, I checked with my doctor to see if they had sent the prescription. They confirmed they had and that the medication should be regular stock. They rang the chemist and it was ready the following day, however, when I collected it I received a very impolite complaint from the staff for have 'complained' to my doctor. I now have a very painful neck and throat and again was told to wait three days. Having felt the need to see a doctor, I can't imagine why anyone would expect to wait before starting their medication (repeat prescription excluded). I have changed my chosen pharmacy and will not use this branch of Well chemist again.

I find well pharmacy excellent

I find well pharmacy excellent, they remind me about my prescription and all l have to do is go on the app and order my prescription , they send it to me within a few days.
