I just love the quality of my fleece…
I just love the quality of my fleece jacket, great length, pockets could do with being a bit further in as right down the side seam is not very comfortable, but all in all, I'm very pleased with my fleece. Warmer than expected and the inside pockets are a great bonus.
Reasonably priced for such good quality.
Delivery was quick.

Placed an order while on holiday ... weird fish total mess up
Placed an order while on holiday for some extra warm clothing on WID002474803. Paid for next day DPD delivery by 2pm Tuesday. So wierd fish put it on tracked 48 hour royal mail. Lost a full morning as delivery 11:15 to 1:15pm and no delivery.
Cancelled the entire order as not loosing more holiday for total incompetence

Well
Well, not exactly your fault but Royal Mail said the package couldn’t be delivered and they would try again the next day. First time was June 25. Today is June 30 and I still haven’t received my package. Intercom systems to enter the building but no buzzed.

Differing sizes despite labelling and appalling returns service.
The clothes were different sizes even though each was labelled the same. The quality of the ones I kept was good but the returns service is terrible and I’m still waiting for the refund I am due.
