This is a scam company. They are listed under different names to protect themselves 'We Fix Now Ltd', 'Swift Plumber' and 'London Plumbing and Heating Engineers'.
They quoted 50 for a call out charge and once they are there they take ages assessing the issue so that it goes over an hour. They then hit you with a bill for 350 which includes 'extra time' and an 'admission fee'. Of course I disputed this but the plumber won't leave until you pay the office. They then stop responding and won't send you quotes the next day. It seems like they run a scam for quick one time visits to charge customers hundreds and then won't go back to fix the issue.

Plummer worked very very hard until repair was complete, my only negatives were the bath panel wasn't put back on properly and my wall by the bath has been damaged.

Scammers, don't use thems at all. Bealive in negative reviews, if you don't want to pay thousands for 20 min visit and nothing been done

I was charged £440 for what turned out to be nothing more than fitting a washer. This included a £69 call-out fee, £259, and an admin fee on top. Completely unreasonable and exploitative for such a simple repair.

The engineer was fine and professional – no issue there. My complaint is with the company itself, which seems to operate under different business names and hides behind admin fees and inflated pricing.

I will never use them again and would strongly advise others to avoid. Totally unprofessional business practices.

Below reviews all accurate. They quote 50 for call out but then hourly rate is 100 and they tried to charge an additional admin fee taking total cost for a 5 minute job to over £200

The sub contractor who did the work got them to knock off the admin charge before I paid but still £180 for 5 mins work no new parts required.

Saving invoice as they are clearly claiming none of these reviews are accurate!

When I rang to enquire about a diagnosis, I was clearly told the cost would be £50. At no point was I informed that there would be additional charges for ‘out-of-hours service’, nor was any mention made of higher hourly rates or extra fees. I was simply advised that a plumber could come out within the next hour.

On the plumber’s arrival, we were prepared to pay the £50 as quoted. However, we were later shocked to receive an email stating a large hourly rate plus additional charges. This was never explained beforehand, and I believe the lack of transparency is misleading and unfair.

This situation left us feeling very uncomfortable in our own home and pressured into unexpected costs.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. The £60 call out fee seemed fair - the hourly rate thereafter was extortionate - but the leak was so bad I felt I had to go ahead and have it fixed - it took 4 hours, with 2 trips to a plumbing shop.... much theatricals when plumber was asking the admin staff to reduce the amount I owed - eg the call out fee - which shouldnt be extra as well as £120 admin (no idea what that was for!)

A dishonest company. I've been in medication and unable to process correctly. They charged £887 to change a valve on a boiler. The guy who came around left for a whole ro ensure he was there a second hour. I will now be taking legal advice given my health on the day.

I was quoted a £50 call-out fee, and the customer service rep made no mention of the actual rates beyond that. I clearly stated it wasn’t an emergency, yet they casually scheduled the plumber for three days later—fully aware it would cost me a fortune. I was then hit with a £249 hourly rate (for a 20-minute job), plus a £44 admin fee. Absolutely outrageous.
Unless you’re in a genuine emergency, avoid this service at all costs. I’ll never be booking with them again.

Do not use this company at all. If you go over by one minute on the work done by the engineer they charge you a full hour. I was told my job would take an hour and £269 for the boiler pressure to be fixed. 1 hour 25 later I had a bill for £852.64. they have a half an hour rate they won't honour.

Do not enter a contract with this company as it is a win win legally for THEM!! They will send out an ‘engineer’ that looks like he’s never worked a day in his life and has no intention of working. They then give you an obscene price for example, a 2 hour job that we got done for £250 in the end including materials, they wanted to charge £1,400 PLUS materials. You obviously decline their quote, which they know you’ll do, and you are bound by contract to pay the £60 call out fee. Wicked wicked people!

WeFix Ltd sent Jamie and Naeem to fix my Hotpoint oven. Arrived on time and got job done efficiently. Both were a pleasure to deal with , knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend

An absolute scam. Avoid this company at all cost. Over £800 to change a valve on a boiler. Full cost only made clear once the work was complete. Charged almost £300 for engineer to to and buy the spare part. Threatening behaviour of legal action over the phone when we called to complain. This company should be allowed to do business. Absolutely shocking daylight robbery.

Never use them. They rip you off . Log of hidden costs . I spent £411 on something that was not resolved .

Searched for plumber on line ,got a phone call from we fix,not knowing who they were. Said £60 call out charge. Thought that's ok. When arrived charged £319 per hour or part of.2hr job ended up costing £1004.
Fixed problem but outrageously expensive...stay clear !

The engineer had 0% knowledge and wanted to charge me £400 for a job he has no idea what to do ! Avoid this scam !!

Under-qualified engineer who had no idea what he was doing. Got charged £300 for a job that made the leak in my kitchen much worse - and ended up flooding it. I tried to get him to come back but no avail and by then I had also understood that I'd better cut my losses and get in someone competent. The customer service was appalling -when I asked to speak to a manager - he was in a "meeting".

Requested a plumber to come out to unblock a toilet.
They sent out a heating and ventilation engineer, despite knowing the toilet needed fixing, I even explained the specific issue as it is an ongoing problem with the property I am renting.
They sent 2 invoices within 5 minutes of each other at different prices.
The issue was not fixed... because what is a heating engineer meant to do with a blocked toilet?
I was left with flooding and a still blocked toilet after the engineer used what little he had in his van to try to fix the problem.
I called another plumber the next day who fixed the issue in under 10 minutes.
They are asking for £235 for sending out the wrong contractor and for flooding my bathroom with poo!

Many of the other views echo our experience also. Avoid the rip off!

Our heating and hot water stopped running on a Sunday. We had managed to used the boilers I build tests to diagnose the issue was the pumps. My partner called in the hope they would be able to replace the pump, which was fairly readily available. We were in contact with Swift Plumbers - not sure how they are related, but similar issues seem to be on their Trust Pilot reviews also.

Took hours for someone to arrive, despite being promised someone would be there within 2 hours. He confirmed our diagnosis, but said he couldn’t replace the pump until he had a quote for parts. He promised that would be done the next day. £500 for the privilege of confirming what we already knew.

So we were left overnight without hearing. The next day we heard nothing…. Until we chased up multiple times. The first quote was wrong (we knew the approx pump cost), so questioned it and were sent another. We were then also told the parts would be 3-4 days. Plus the quote for repair was basically the same as the Sunday call out again, plus £400 of parts.

Some quick googling told us the pump was available from at least 3 reputable retailers overnight, and I then found one in stock in City Plumbing St Albans which I ordered and picked up that afternoon.

With the help of some YouTube, we fitted the replacement pump (4 screws) and had our regular plumber do a full service and check (at a small fraction of the cost of these rip off merchants)

Avoid - especially if it’s the weekend, they likely won’t be able to help you anyway!

My elderly mother has recently moved to a care home and whilst going through her paperwork I have found an invoice from We Fix Now. £445 for replacing a bath tap washing and supply/fitting a toilet push button flush. Totally ripping off a woman in her 80s during Disgusting.
