Think Very Carefully Before Trusting Webull With Your Money
If negative or zero was an option then that would be my selection. I would not recommend Webull. Webull cancelled my stop-loss without my authority or permission, leaving a substantial investment entirely exposed and resulting in significant financial losses. Their current handling of my complaint and the situation is wholly inadequate, and their explanations have done nothing to restore my confidence in the platform. I am now pursuing further action regarding Webull’s conduct and the losses suffered. I strongly urge prospective investors to proceed with extreme caution and seriously consider an alternative trading platform. Based on my experience, I simply cannot trust Webull to protect its customers’ interests.

With regards to your complaint, as per our complaints handling policy, which can be found on our website, if you are not happy with our initial response to your complaint then you can escalate it to our compliance team who will provide a full written response within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint.
Please note that we will cancel all pending market orders on US listed securities when a NASDAQ trade halt occurs. This is to prevent the volatility that often occurs amidst a trade halt causing erroneous triggering or orders executed beyond expected pricing. You will be notified your order is cancelled and you may wish to replace it accordingly, but during a NASDAQ trade halt no order will be executed.
Also note that a stop loss will trigger a market sell order, whereas a stop limit would not be cancelled in the event of a trade halt, but as with all limit orders will only fill at the limit price or better.

The app is very slow
The app is very slow, whilst all other brokers have instant deposits, on webull you have to wait for days until your deposits are processed. Hard to imagine how many years take to withdraw... recommend to other people to trade on other apps.

Please note that deposits must be from your own individual bank account or a joint account if you are a named account holder. Deposits will typically be processed within 10 minutes, but it can take longer if further checks are required.
Withdrawals are processed between 9am and 3pm on UK business days. If you initiate a withdrawal after 3pm then it will be processed on the following business day at 9am.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed using Faster Payments which typically occur in less than 5 minutes but can take up to two hours.

Shambolic- can't withdraw my money and the app is completely un-navigable. I contacted Webull to ask about my notice period and thought I had triggered it only to try to withdraw after the period that I can't withdraw my money. DO NOT USE.

Webull is no good - especially for UK
Targeted much more towards the North American market. I am in Europe and this means that you have no access to the same critical features that those guys have such as setting up Hot Keys to buy/sell with a certain £ amount rather than quantity amount. I can therefore currently only use hot keys for quantity amounts which is a total waste of time as I trade using a total stake amount. This puts me at a disadvantage. Also the customer service is very poor with either no response or one that isn't helpful. Finally, they issue an excel spreadsheet of "restricted symbols" in which they WILL NOT let you trade. However, the last one they issued was about 4 months ago and they do not update it and re-issue it - therefore you work on a set-up for ages, review the spreadsheet to see if it's listed and you think great it's not on there, you select buy as it IS actually restricted!!! How I am I supposed to know this!! Madness. Wastes soooo much time. Webull is pretty poor and I'll be off to a competitor shortly if these aspects are not taken seriously and resolved.

As we are distinct from other regions, with distinct offerings such as Webull Savings and access to UK Stocks and ETFs, our platform is not identical to other Webull entities' and some functionality may differ.
We have taken on your requests for hot key settings that allow for using trade value as well as or instead of share quantity.
A ticker may be restricted from trading for many reasons, and unfortunately we currently do not provide clients with an exhaustive up to date list of all unrestricted symbols. If a symbol is restricted you can ask us to provide more information on the restriction and we will investigate this for you.

Not recommended
First of all they do not support proxy voting and secondly when i tried to move to another platform that does, they do not support transferring shares or any other options. This means i will have to sell my long positions and lose out in capital gains and different stock prices.

They use a 3rd party payment system to fund the account! Yes it does sound crazy.
Not only that but "Plaid" the software generates a qr code that no app is reading, tried with 3 banks, no bank app has that QR code option for payments. And if I use the QR software from the phone it goes to the Barclays/Revolut/etc, WEB PAGE where I am asked to open an account! I already have one.
I am doing trading and banking for the last 25 years, and this is the first time I am confronted with this nonsense

Not bad but it could be better
I have been using Webull UK (mainly desktop app) for few months; here what I think of it so far.
PRO
• Easy-to-use platform.
• Many advanced tools and info available.
• Quick order execution.
• Paper trading.
• OCO (One Cancels the Other) orders during normal market hours.
• Low commissions.
• Fractional shares.
• Extended trading hours.
• No minimum deposit (trade must be for at least $5 worth of stock).
• Stock screener.
CONS
• It doesn’t show your position on chart (desktop – available on mobile app)
• It doesn’t show your Stop-loss and Take-profit positions on chart (US version does).
• Not possible to download movements in excel format.
• Download statements in pdf format and only from mobile app, no desktop.
• Ubuntu version only available in US (Windows 10 support will end soon!!!)
• P&L widget is useless (it’s just a line)
• No Stop-loss in pre-market and after hours
• No ETF available.
• No tax-efficient account.
• Long wait (months) for getting free stock promos.
Webull UK mobile and desktop apps have many less tools than the US counterparts. It is not clear why they don't make those tools available in UK too.
