The platform is great and working…
The platform is great and working smoothly and fast. Easy to install and most can be done easily in the interface. Maybe wish there where themes/frameworks.
Service is incredible and fast. Think I got an answer even on Christmas day when some sites were down and almost always solved my problems. The only complain is that the service is limited to install and error but if ask for knowledge about how to make own changes it always refers to their paid mod service. Can understand the reasons behind that but sometimes wish invested more in the community/clients so here is my suggestions a) more documentation regarding the code base like some others done. B) launch a community where we the buyers could communicate, share knowledge and together grow the power/value of this amazing product.
Even that I find this dating software the best buy and I have bought and gone through most of them available on the market.

Practically nonexistent support, forcing you to violate laws
They have a terrible support that makes you jump through a lot of hoops. You cannot be identified by your name, email address, phone number, site name, license number or anything else besides the order number. They say they work with order numbers only and if you try to find a different way to prove that you have bought the software they will send you a link to buy the software anew. That's what they are about. And if you have looked up the order number then next they want you to send a screenshot of the order email and after you have done that you have to send a copy of your id card. All over an unencrypted connection, forcing me to violate EU law (I didn't send the id card).
Yes, that is another thing. They violate EU law and force you to do the same thing if you work for a third party. Notifying this doesn't even cause a reaction. They simply don't care about anything but so get you to buy a new license.

Love this software. I have tried loads of different scripts but they just don't compare. Experts are always on hand (even with the time difference) to offer quick support and fixes to all issues faced. Highly recommend! This is my second license from thee guys! Worth every penny.

Strong darting platform

Excellent Software and Amazing Support!
While searching for a social networking - dating software, I came across many companies. But I finally decided to use Chameleon Social. It is a nice product at this price range along with the free apps.
Within few months of using the software, I was impressed with it's stability and thoughtful design and coding. The support they provide is really amazing. You will find all the answers to your questions.

Chameleon Dating Software Is Great!
This dating script has a ton of features and is very well supported. I have been using it for 2 years now and have been very impressed with their technical support and the facet that they revise their application periodically. I certainly recommend this software above other dating scripts that I've tried.

Chameleon team and their support are great. And it's is completely free forever! They help and fix every single error quickly (max 24 hrs or in an hour)
If you like modifications their software team charges you with different prices! For every modification, you pay different amounts just for once. İt might seem a little bit expensive compared to others, but what they give is already Real Niche and it's the best. With others, you have to pay for many modules! But with chameleon, everything is in one box and limitless. İt'll be hard to decide what to continue with cause what they offer is great and have many many options. Personalizing and setting it as you wish will be difficult to choose. if you dont want to change anything and use the softare as it is shown on Demo you don't need to pay anything. Support is included in and free forever.

Money Lost, No Updates if the Site is not Live
Hi All,
I am a webmaster and I own many other popular websites. And I decided to start a dating website with many good ideas. And after comparing the several software I have gone with chameleon because it is cheap and seems to have lots of functionality. But the truth is it is just gimmick. All the things which they have is not even going to be enjoyed by users and also full of bugs. So we started the website and we put in all the efforts and no one liked the platform and money goes in vain.
The above thing is just the experience of using a bad software. Well, the review is not for my experience. The review is about the webpolsion now.
They promised to provide update lifetime, but when we approach them after few months, they are telling that the update is only for live site with real members. It is the most funniest answer ever heard.
Before buying, think of their weird policy and know why.
1) They dont provide updates for the site which is not live and also no members
Answer: Because they are very sure that, no one will succeed and also they know customer will give another try and they want to make money through that.
Popular scipts like xenforo or vbulletin offers an year update and also have renewals. Because they know updates are important and people who purchased are entitled for the same.
2) No Domain Transfer Policy
Because, you may sell the script to some other people who wants to give a try. If it happens so then they may loose the profit. They do know every one fails and so they do have this policy to make most money out of it.
Popular script like xenforo and vbulletin will allow customers to transfer the license to another domain as they have paid for it.
Want to start a dating website?
1) There is no website got succeeded through cameleion script. You can even ask the support, they dont have any site and they will say they cant reveal. But the rival scripts have many other website which is succeded.
2) Don't go with chameleon, because they don't provide updates or script to install. And if you have the script and no time to use it for months due to your busy schedule then consider that your money is gone. As they will say, you havent used for a while. We dont provide latest update.
3) Script wont work as expected.
Still wanted to buy this script ? Its your decision. You can find lots of better script at codecanyon and try dating site first and then go with premium script with premium support and promised service like skadate.
Where as this company never does the thing for which we have paid for and we are the losers.

Thanks for responding to my feedback immediately. And I thought I will be getting my account banned for posting negative review. But well you took it on a positive way. I would like to give a constructive feedback.
1) Not all customers will read FAQ before buying the product. And there is no point in mentioning about the purchase related stuff in FAQ where as it needs to be mentioned in some policy. And when some one ask for tthe product through ticket then verify the genuinity of the customer and provide reply. All my replies get the same answers from your team.
2) Please do mention about domain transfer in FAQ or some where, as far we know that there is no domain transfer as per the forum information or FAQ. This creates bad impact on your product.
3) I am not trying to fly to the moon. I can list down the certain problem which didn't work once installed which means, they are critical and need a lot of expertise to fix it.
a) There is no doc for nginx setup when installing your script. NGINX is powering 50% of the website. Rrewrite rules for the site to work properly. See my tickets to know more.
b) Script is changing the name of the customer when there is 2 customer of the same name. I have been told it will be fixed in next update.
c) I have encountered few other problems which took days to fix myself.
I expect a product to be bug-free or logical issue free when I am done installing. I am saying this because I have built many products and also I am using lots of premium scripts. I believe these kinds of issue can be addressed quicker.

I will try to adress the items mentioned by you:
1) "They dont provide updates for the site which is not live"
It is what is stated in our faq, but it is not because of the reason you mentioned, but because there plenty of hackers and nullers who get updates and immediately post them on the forums. And they never have a live website. But of course we see that you do not seem to be a hacker so we will surely provide an update.
2) "No Domain Transfer Policy"
Actually we have had many cases when people after getting a new license key started to use the software on both domains. But if you make the 1st domain available for purchase, no problem, we will surely provide a new license.
3) "There is no website got succeeded through cameleion script"
It is not quite true, while we can not show all of the 7500 clients, here are some examples:

Well here it depends on what you expect from it :-) If one expects it to fly to the moon than probably not. But on our demo we have a 100% copy of what we sell. Chameleon is a solid well optimized software wiith a 13 year old history. But then one needs marketing, idea, niche, etc.
