Dating Script Option & Support
You can feel a little lost among so many options in the script and data in the knowledge base. Better to have with you somebody with tech level to apply any mod you have in mind or change template if not good in html and css. Script is very stable can adapt easy to any social site and bussines model. Works perfect, not found any bug in this time.I think this is a good option to start in dating bussines.

The customer support is very efficient
The customer support is very efficient. They reply in just hours even for the low priority issues. Whenever I have had an issue or question, they have responded to me in a few hours. Chameleon Dating & Community Software Engine currently still the best
Update:
We haven't launched our website yet because we were waiting for our apps to be approved and published in Google Play Store and Apple Store.
However, Google Play Store did approve our App and it's live in the store!!
Apple rejected our App yesterday and we reached out to Chameleon for their expert advice in helping us resolve these issues. We should hear back from them in a timely manner and hopefully their advice solves our issues and our App gets approved and published lived in the IOS app store.

It has so many wonderful features that can be customized and modified to your desire so you can start, run and grow your very own fun and exciting dating website with Android and IOS mobile apps. You can run it as a full time or part time business in hopes to generate extra income while you get great satisfaction in knowing your dating site helped singles find love or just make friends.
The expert Customer Service support is spot on. They usually respond back to clients within 24 hours or less. They are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive experts. They also have a great FAQ and Forum section where you can find answers to many of your frequently asked questions.
I've decided to drop all the other dating sites and focus 100% of my time into adding and modifying new features to Chameleon script so that my new dating site will be unique and exciting.
I'll update this review soon with a link to my new dating website that we plan to launch by December 15, 2019.

However our on-site chat is a strictly presale chat, which is written on the chat window itself, and our chat operators are instructed to answer presale chats only. Satisfied with Chameleon Software
I bought 11 licenses 3 years ago. First good thing (and very customer friendly) was the discount if I order 10 licenses at once. One license was 247 US-Dollars, 10 licenses were 997 US-Dollars (-60% off).
I am using 4 licenses right now (the rest will follow soon) and got 2.800 members for my dating site in only 1 year without doing advertisement for it. Also the feedback from members and other websites or blogs were always positive.
The support is for free a life long, which is nice! I always get a response on open tickets, most of the time at the same day or at the next day. The staff is informed and friendly.
Since I have submitted the Android app (which is included in a license), I always got new developed builds of the app, for example when Google asked to submit a 64-bit version of the app.
The back-end (administration) page is very good. You have plenty possibilities to make the site how you want it to be, add or remove features, make the site paid or for free, and much more. Impressive is the Geo IP feature. Other dating or social network Software do not have this, for example phpFox.
I really can recommend Chameleon Software. Only make sure, that you choose a good Domain name, because you cannot change it afterwards and have to buy a new license, due to their license agreement.

Good Dating System
This dating system is more stable and has better support than some of the other dating software I have tried. This software has been good over the last year, and I am happy to continue building a dating business with it. The most disappointing issue with this software is no API or plugin integration options for programmers. Using this with third party services such as affiliate software, accounting, or third party subscription management software is not easy. You need to modify the core script because it does not have a mechanism to pass the details to such software. The thank-you/sales confirmation template page from a sale does not even pass on the sales details to use with external software which most affiliate systems require. Other than that, the script is robust and operates as it should. Support is friendly and helpful with support issues.

A very good script to work with
A very good script to work with, easy to set up and get your site and apps up and running. the support is very fast in replying. Iv used many other dating scripts in the past and only wished I found this one first. I can not speak highly enough about this script. for building a dating or a social site/app it is a real must and very cheap, no hidden costs at all.

Fantastic value for what you pay!
It terrifies me to give an honest review ;) , because then I know that more people will want this software and the support, which will increase the competition for us, but...
The reality is that this software is REALLY great! The support team is also great and is super professional! The value of what you get is far, FAR beyond what you can expect from all other vendors. Why pay thousands of dollars from the self-appointed, so called, leading suppliers, when you can get better value from this supplier!?
The software is not perfect, but it is very good. I give them five stars because they provide an excellent value both with their support services and their software. It could have become even better with the software if it provided a plugin interface for us to be able to extend the functionality easier because right now, if we make any changes, we must change the core script which in turn will make upgrades quite hard to do since we have to re-do the changes and integrations that we have done. Splitting up the software in a base that can be overridden by extensions (or changes to themes etc) would have been awesome. Still, this is on the advanced level. For most people the software as such is very good as it is.
Now I really look forward to see how well the software performs with hundreds of thousands of concurrent users. Sure, a big part is on our server capacity, but part of it is also on the software. I don't doubt for one second that it will be excellent.
The apps works great and it is perfectly fine that they are hybrid apps. This is what companies develop these days and it makes perfect sense. It's also very flexible because when we make changes on the web version of the solution, it is automatically made available in the app version. The apps also integrates with the notification system in the mobile phone.
It does take time to set things up and it can be time consuming, but as usual we in my company over-do things to reach perfection so it's more on ourselves than on the software. We have for instance re-built the geography for a whole country to make it more detailed. If anyone who wants to start up a new business, thinks that they can do that without hard work, then they should go back to pulling navel lint instead :) . Starting and running a business does take time and hard work.
Now after our first site, we will buy many more licenses once we have started to get members in. We have a template setup now that we can use at other sites with minor changes per site.

To make things right: There is a very negative review from a person that identifies as "Ngo Manh Lam" (from Mar 18, 2019) saying that the terms and privacy policy can't be edited. That is nothing but a lie or possibly a result of that this person haven't checked for where to edit it, which of course affects the trust, rather the lack of trust, in that whole review. Asking Websplosion's support would have been enough, even checking their knowledgebase would have done the trick. So yes, it does sound crazy like the reviewer mentions, but the craziness is not on Websplosion but on that this person submits a review based on their own ignorance.
Besides a person that claim to be 100% customer and can't provide an order number like I did, must be questioned.
I would say that this person's review is a fake or a result of an individual that let its own ignorance be projected onto others.
Either way, it's a review that no one should pay any attention to.
