They sent me glass instead of Jade i paid $$350 for a nice necklace. That looked nothing like the pictures. I confirmed with one of the who guys by Jack that its the exact necklace in the photos. What a giant lie and scam. Im so disappointed.

I recently ordered a jade bracelet from WearJade for $97. It arrived all right shipped from Beijing, China. However, it failed two tests I can come up. It failed the sound test. It sounded dull compared a real jade bracelet we had. It failed the dark light test. It's a flashlight that is used to test the fake bills. The WearJade bracelet fluorescenced under the light and the real jade bracelet didn't. An $97 lesson learned.

I ordered 3 bracelets from this website, after having a short conversation and notice I got scammed, wanting to cancel my order, but got refuse because seller said it already being shipped, I did not get the tracking for the bracelets a week later.
when I got the items on June 10th, it accompany with 3 certificates, it is written in Chinese, seller hoping the people that brought the stuff does not read Chinese, and the 3 certificates, 2 of them listed not even jade, it was a different stone altogether, so I started as for refund, the seller refuse to refund, just want to send me replacements.
after that responds I open a ticket on PayPal on June 12th, after months of back and forward, PayPal finally send me a notices to get my refund I have to send back the item in order to get my money back on August 9th. when I went to the post office with the address that was submit from the sellers, we can't find the address and when I look up the address on google the closest location is central park in New York.
I called PayPal immediately and told them the address it is fake, and PayPal told me to give them 72 hours they will contact the seller get an new address, today is August 14th, I have connected PayPal on this matter 4 times already, my ticket got closed on August 9th on favor to the seller because the item was not send back. they have reopened my ticket 2 times already and still no responds from the seller. since then I also called my bank, and file a complaint on BBB. if you reading this do not waste your money and save yourself the trouble and don't buy anything on this website.
Since I posted this review, the seller has try to contact me through email and text messages, numerous times offering to give me back my refund immediately if I take down this review. Instead of going through PayPal. That is very fishy about this website so be warn.

I just speak to my bank, they are not able to help me get my money back because payment was send through PayPal and they can’t retrieve the funds and PayPal has closed my case favor on the seller because item was not send back. So now back to calling PayPal and see what else they can do. So learn from my experience and stay away from this site and all the people that brought item from them need to go get your item inspected.

I have recently bought a red agate bangle from this company. I ordered on dec 9, 2023, they shipped dec 10, and i have just received it today, dec 20. That is super fast ...this red agate looks great on my wrist and it will help protect me through next yr, which is my year of dragon.

They told me to keep the current one as shipping it back cost as much as if I bought another bracelet. The company I can feel is honest and is a pleasure to work with.
