Excellent customer service and support when product is faulty

Works well. A lot easier than flossing.

The order process and delivery were fast and easy, the item arrived on time, well packaged and in good condition. Waterpik itself is easy to use and does a great job at cleaning. The grip is well placed, easy to select power setting and turn on or off. The only thing I find a little akward is filling up the water container. If done through the horisontal port, it seems that the water leakes from the top due to overfilling. Overal a great product, would recommend.

j'ai commandé l'appareil hydropulsion, il manquait les embouts, j'ai fait un mail à la société Waterpik et ils m'ont envoyé, sans délai et gratuitement, les embouts pour me permettre d'utiliser l'appareil . je remercie d'avoir bien voulu réparer l'oubli. merci

J'ai commandé le porte buses et son tuyau en spirale pour un jet dentaire.
Je n'ai pas reçu le bon modèle. Après avoir contacté le service après vente, on m'a envoyé celui que j'attendais gratuitement sans avoir à renvoyer celui que j'avais reçu.

4 semaines d'utilisation bi quotidienne : conforme à l'attente. Je m'interroge sur le nb de recharges possibles de la batterie pour conclure sur le rapport qualité/prix.

Mon waterpick est tombé en panne, (4ans), j’ai cherché un nouveau waterpick dans les pharmacies autour de chez moi, introuvable semble-t-il en France, alors j’ai trouvé ce que je cherchai sur internet, Waterpick GB

The WaterPik came with a plug connection that does not work in England. I had to replace my wall socket at some expense. It is now working well but it cost more to instal a new wall fixing than it cost to buy the Water Pik.

Booking.com charged me £256 for a reservation at Voco Paris Porte de Clichy, even though the hotel was already fully booked and could not accommodate my reservation.

It has now been a week, and I am still waiting for my refund. I cannot understand why I was charged for a hotel stay that could not be provided.

I have contacted Booking.com customer service multiple times, but I have yet to receive a meaningful response or update. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in processing my refund.

I simply want my £256 refunded as soon as possible.

I discovered a fault in my waterpik and reported it to the powers that be. They were very quick to respond and put answer to the problem immediately. Customer service was swift and efficient and i am delighted to say i can now resume with one of the most important bits of my dental hygiene. Thank you waterpik!

Really happy with the product, has useful tips with brushes to help clean around gum area.
