Water Irrigation Omdömen 

I ordered 13 steel gratings on 2nd Nov. I paid for next day delivery, but they have not arrived. I received the order confirmation, but have heard nothing further from them to say there is a delay or to say they have been dispatched. I have tried contacting the company (no phone number, you can only email!) and nothing. I do not recommend them, it is very frustrating that you cannot speak to someone to resolve. A decent company would at least have a help line.

I am writing a review because I almost didn’t order from Water Irrigation base on some of the reviews I read here. In the end I was unable to find the items I needed else where so took a chance… I am so glad I did I have placed three separate orders in the past week. Each order was dispatched within 24hrs and received within 72hrs. The items (Geka hose reel plus all the necessary fittings) where well packed and delivered damage free. Communication regarding delivery was perfect. I email their customers service to confirm which bits were needed and had a detailed response within 48hrs. All I can say is my experience with Water Irrigation has been flawless. Thank you team for the excellent service.

I nearly didn’t place my order because of poor reviews on here. I went ahead with my order on Wednesday, paid standard delivery (3 days) which was well priced at £3.99 - and it is a large order!
It arrived on Thursday at 3.50pm, and looks to be complete, and exactly what I ordered.
I haven’t given them 5 stars for the following 2 reasons; they emailed me offering free delivery for orders over £75, and there was no way to get this to work, and secondly there is no way to contact them other than web Mail which did not result in a response. So if anything does go wrong I suspect you are likely to be left high and dry, as indicated in other reviews.
But full credit to them for getting it right. They actually surpassed my expectations on this occasion, and I will probably buy from them again.

Ordered hose reel on sunday 12th September pm..Order received Monday 13th September. Superb service kept informed by courier of delivery time.

I placed an order for some ACO grating and paid extra for Next Day delivery.
They didn’t arrive and thought uh oh! Especially when I then looked on Trustpilot and read all the negative reviews!
I contacted them by email and did get a reply with an apology and a refund for the additional delivery cost and the items then arrived all safe and sound - just a couple of days later than planned, but they were exactly what I needed.

So I ordered a complete irrigation system for my hanging baskets and chose the brown LDPE Pipe to blend in with the brickwork colour. U have been happy with the setup but have consistently had an area in the pipe that has developed a fault. I originally had spare pipe to repair the fault which let returning along the same section of pipe.. when I went back to Water Irrigation they stated it was outside of warranty and would not accept any responsibility. I eventually just bought another roll of pipe! Clearly there was a fault with the original pipe, as out of 50 metres used the split kept returning in the same area. So I had to order 50 metres for a 5 metre repair!!! Their solution was to buy a pressure reducer. Pipe has a split pressure of 9 bar and our system runs at 3 bar…. I even considered taking this to the Small Claims Court as the sale of goods act requires products to last well beyond the manufacturers guarantee, but the costs involved didn’t make this worthwhile. So I reluctantly purchased from water irrigation but will not buy from them again! Very poor customer service!

I payed for 3 items, received only 1.
I am unable to contact them to solve the issue and next week I have to install the purchased items for a client.
Basically, in urgent situations they are useless. They are letting me down. I have to react fast and order from somewhere else.
Unreliable to make business with.

Overall some useful products and a good site but so badly let down by short inaccurate descriptions and videos which leads to repeated ordering mistakes. The site makes no mention of which things work with which and of course it is too late to return things once they have been tried.

I purchased an expensive solar-powered water irrigation system which basically doesn't work (it won't charge) and I wrote to the company to request an exchange or refund and they haven't responded to me. This was 3 weeks ago now. I have written to their customer support email address several times with no response. There is no telephone number to be able to talk to anyone at the company about this. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. I think that companies that sell products online should be legally obliged to provide a contact telephone number and also a response time. I am happy to provide evidence if required.

After putting up with a number of plastic hose reels failing I came across this "HydroSure 2 in 1 Metal Hose Reel", actually stamped "Made in Italy". I looked at many reviews on the internet in various languages where most gave it 5 stars. Then I searched for a supplier, most were German eBay suppliers, then I came across WaterIrrigation whose price compared favourably with other sellers, so I ordered one with next day delivery. Then I panicked a bit when I read all the negative reviews for WaterIrrigation. I never received a tracking email from WaterIrrigation so I emailed them and they replied within 5 minutes with a tracking number, which I confirmed was valid on the Hermes tracking website. I received the product by 12:30 the next day after ordering at 13:00 the day before. The product itself is made of galvanised metal with plastic handle and connecting parts and looks solid enough to outlast its plastic rivals.. All in all I am pleased with the product and the service from Waterirrigation.

I placed an order ( I now wish I hadn’t ), received automated confirmation very quickly confirming for next day delivery and payment received. No information about courier , no information on the tracking facility , and no phone number to call.
Auto e-mail replies say nothing of any use.
Dreadful, feel that this is possibly fraudulent activity.

I bought a water computer which stopped working after a few days.
I emailed them and got a reply the next day saying they would send me a replacement and did not need to return the faulty item
The replacement arrived the next day and is working perfectly.

Brought a soaker hose kit, but (like another reviewer) however you set up the hose, the water only comes out of the first few meters (less than 10m of a 30m hose), even when its on dead level ground. No matter how you adjust the tap (and we have good pressure and excellent flow), you cannot get it to "soak" anything further along the soaker hose. Their customer service just points you down rabbit holes to investigate, and even when you have done all the tests/measurements and prove it doesn't work they then ignore you and won't refund or arrange return the product and instead just ignore you - Waste of Money, terrible customer service - AVOID!

Missed next day delivery, bit soon sorted with a message via their website. Order some more bits a few days later and all good in the world (4 stars due to missing next day delivery)

They took my money then didn’t dispatch my order, refused to answer my emails and has no contact number. Basically stole my money. Said they’d send tracking when dispatched but they’ve marked my order as complete. Avoid at all cost they are just thieves.

Placed an order yesterday evening, and received it 11am this morning. (I'd paid for Next Day, but some businesses have an early cut-off so hadn't expected it today). Would have purchased from one of the bigger stores I recognized but they were all sold out for what I needed; I took a chance on Water Irrigation as their prices were in line with the competition and am very pleased especially given the prompt delivery. Would use again! (They also didn't overdo it with unnecessary packaging so another positive)

Poor communication when we had an issue with our product and no resolution, would not use again

I already knew the company having extensively used them in a business capacity when I was in Buckinghamshire so couldn't quite understand some of the negatives put on here, I think its the way some people react in the first place "shouting" instead of asking ? anyway...................... I ordered a fitting for my Brother and it arrived in double quick time at his house but looked as thought the package had been used as a football and the fitting was missing from the damaged package. Photo of package and letter of explanation and the fitting was sent again by return WITH a little bonus (for my Brother !!) Excellent service which I already knew but brilliant again non the less.
I am now in the process of ordering a self contained water capture unit along with an auto watering system for my garden here in Cornwall and I know I will get excellent and fast service.

One of the products I ordered did not work, and leaked terribly. Customer service had zero interest, and refused a refund despite the fact they acknowledged the item did not work. AVOID!

I echo the bad comments submitted on this company, Despite numerous emails they have not returned the full amount for the items I returned to them. I am also placing a comment on their Facebook page daily until my dispute is resolved. However, I do not think that it will make much difference to this company. I should have realised it was a 'DUFF' outfit as they display no telephone contact - speaks volumes!!
