It was my first purchase at Watch-u-Want. All in all a very positive experience. The very first contact took place in the live chat, where I started discussing my needs with Eric Glass, who is knowleadgeable, professional and very attentive to details. I looked at five different watches, and when I made an appointment to visit Watch-u-Want it turned out that all the five watches appeared exactly as in the photos posted online. If you are looking for 'real' watch Joshua and Watch-U-Want is where to look. Top quality used watches at a good price with great service. Joshua and the whole process inspires trust.
