I canNOT warn people not to buy from this seller enough!
1. I ordered a 20mm watch band from what I thought was this company's website, they sent a 26mm (wrong size). 2. I emailed and asked for a refund and that turned into about a 5 day "conversation" during which time I found out that "for some unknown reason the item was fulfilled by Amazon." (I did *not* order from Amazon, but I should have due to their hassle-free returns.); 3. During this time the company rep Eric kept asking me for my order # claiming they could not find a record of my purchase (maybe because it came from Amazon? Who knows!); 4. I gave him my order number, the item number from their website, any other possible identifying numbers from the packaging, however that was not enough, then he wanted the "model number" from the box (huh?) - this entire back-and-forth went on for a few weeks (!) as my patience went missing; 5. After weeks, like a miracle, Eric was FINALLY was able to locate my order; 6. Then more fun begins: They (Eric) REFUSED to just send me a pre-paid return label after I asked many time, saying that I would have to pay and then they would "reimburse me for the postage."; 7. There's more garbage = sketchy stuff in the "conversation" like wanting to send me a "replacement" (nope!) and other things I can't remember because after all was said and done I have about 20-25 back-and-forth confusing emails with them, ...; 8. I finally cave in, pay for postage, and send the damn band back to their brick-and-mortar store in WI which is where they insisted I return it despite claiming Amazon fulfilled my original order; 9. I have the tracking number and I see that they have received my package within two days of sending it but I hear nothing from them confirming receipt; 10. I wait a couple days and decide to contact them since I have still heard *nothing* from them; 11. The excuse: "We're a small company with not as many employees as Amazon"; it was "delivered to the wrong suite" and we "had to go find the box" (I used the exact address they gave me) = mix in a few other delay tactics here that I can barely remember...; 12. FINALLY--after 2 months (!!!)--we're at the point that the refund actually arrives back into my account, but there's NO refund of my postage despite my emailing them a picture of the postage-paid receipt; 13. So, guess what? I asked about the postage and they tell me they can "only PayPal me and can't refund my credit card," despite that being how I paid for the postage. Everyone knows that PayPal charges a fee to receive $ and I wrote them back and told them that unless they send it "friends and family" I am not going to get my full refund as they promised; 14. Guess what? They stopped communicating with me altogether I have no refund for my postage paid as they promised. I am not holding my breath that I'll ever see that money again.k
Everyone reading this and the other 1-star reviews, believe EVERYTHING you read because it's all true. This company is totally incompetent when they are not being sketchy as hell. I will NEVER do business with them again. I have NEVER had such an unpleasant and unnecessarily complicated return of a wrong item in all my life!
I bought a watch from this company 2 years ago and it was initially losing time. I contacted them and at the time (no pun intended) Kiran was helpful and I was able to return the watch for repair which they then sent to Luminox.
The watch came back serviceable but was occasionally stopping and losing time again. I decided that I would just live with the issue and adjust the time manually when it happened again, as it was only or three or four times a year.
Eventually this year the watch stopped and the second hand was just vibrating. I was unable to get it working at this point and was worried that if I took it to a regular watch repair technician, I would void the warranty.
At this point I had the watch over 2 years, so I thought it would be long shot contacting WatchCo, even though I had an extended warranty.
To my surprise Kerry was super helpful and I sent the watch back a second time for a repair and service. It is now running perfectly.
What was more notable was the helpful manner and excellent customer service from Kerry. In a time where it is near impossible to contact many companies and when you do, their customer care is non-existent, it was so refreshing to speak to someone who clearly enjoys their job and cares for their customers.
Kerry sent various emails and kept me updated on the progress.
I run my own business and strive to deliver good customer care and I'm happy when I also see other businesses doing the same, when I am a customer.

Ordered a watch and returned it for a different model. They received the watch over 2 weeks ago and I have not gotten a refund. Excuses and lies to delay my refund for reasons unknown. They are shady when it comes to returns and refunds. Customer service is nonexistent. I will have to dispute this with my credit card company to get my refund back.
Ordered watch from their website, which says nothing about items shipping from amazon. Website said they ship via USPS priority mail. Item shipped from amazon. I called them on it. They said they use Amazon to fulfill orders then changed their website so it no longer says ships via USPS.
They claim to be an authorize dealer of Seiko but the warranty card was blank. Per other authorized dealer, Seiko has requested authorized dealers provide watches to customer with warranty cards fully filled out. Told them about it, they ignored it. My friend ordered online from an authorized dealer and received a fully filled out warranty card. Told them about it. They ignored it.
Watch arrived defective with something rattling around inside the case (not normal rotor noise, which I know well). Sent them a video which they said they could not view. Sent it to someone else who had no issue viewing it. Sent it to them again a different way. Said they could not view it. Sent them a link to a reddit post with the same video, which they said they could view. Would not confirm the watch was defective.
Throughout, they kept telling me I could return the watch but that I had to pay shipping and they would reimburse a certain amount. Their website says non-defective return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Since this item is defective, shipping is then their responsibility. They refuse to tell me how exactly they would reimburse me for shipping despite me asking.
They refuse to send me a return label to ship the item back and even though their site says I have to have an RMA number to return it or it will be refused by their receiving office, they said just use my order number and refuse to send an RMA # despite me asking for one.
They told me they sent the link to the reddit video to Seiko to determine if it is defective. When I asked how long it would take Seiko to get back to them, they said they don't know because they've never sent anything like this to Seiko before. So they won't confirm the watch is defective and have no idea if or when Seiko might.
Their customer service person Eric acts polite in his email replies but refuses to actually address the situation and just says the same thing over and over.
It seems they want me to pay for shipping and then will never reimburse me. I’ve read other reviewers had this very problem. This is why they won't say the watch is defective despite it being obvious. I even handled three of the exact same watch, none of which have anything rattling around inside and told them about it. They ignored it.
If I had wanted to buy a watch through Amazon, I would have bought it on Amazon. If I wanted a gray market warranty card, I could have bought one on eBay (sellers literally sell the exact same warranty card I was sent in multi-packs).
Very dissapointed. My order from 8 agust till 13 still not be process with reason items not ready. Been 6 days and still stuck.
From placing the order to receiving my watch just 24 hours. Excellent service. Really helpful lady on the phone took the order and payment details and product just as described packaged beautifully. Bonus gift of a watch box and 10% off - Really happy.

They sent me the wrong item completely so I requested a return, they were prompt with return instructions which included me paying for postage and being reimbursed when the item returns to their warehouse. Several days later I notice a refund of about 85% of my purchase price. They said the glasses were crushed and that they were charging a restocking fee and would not refund for shipping as promised. They criticized the way it was packaged and said it was my fault when I put the glasses back in the exact same shipping material they sent it in. Mind blown. I asked for pictures of the broken glasses to verify the situation but they won’t. Crooks. Again this all stemmed from them sending the complete wrong item to begin with!!!! So I lost about 35% of the purchase price…. Unreal.
Update: Had to file a claim with eBay. Was refunded two days later. Not sure if it was a coincidence. Definitely would never do business with this company again as stated before there are plenty of reputable companies out there. This is just my humble opinion. Do as you wish.
My personal experience with this place is that I would not trust them. I sent back a package and they mysteriously can’t find it. But if I come up with my tracking information then all of a sudden they find it I guess. Bad customer service, bad experience. Dozens of other trusted watch companies online. This isn’t one of them
I am a collector and was not familiar with WatchCo prior to purchasing a Seiko Monster. I got the best price anywhere, and I mean anywhere, and shipping was quick. I also asked two dumb questions because I hadn’t purchased from them before, and both were answered quickly, politely, and accurately. I will absolutely buy from WatchCo again.

*FINAL UPDATE* I will leave it up the the reader if they wish to buy from this company here are the honest facts (I have no reason to mislead anyone)
1: Ultimately I did receive the watch after around a 5-6 week wait.
2: It was not in perfect condition as I have stated. I informed them immediately on 30th Dec but only received a reply to my (dec 30) email on Jan 24 when they offered for me to send it back for a replacement. But given this whole saga I'm not confident that would occur in a timely manner.
5: They have shared one of the full emails below so you can clearly see they say NO INSURANCE. I have been in the online business for 21 years and if I am told that "after 30 days a claim can be made to the courier" that means there is no cover for the item but possibly for the shipping cost only.
6: At no time did WatchCo tell me that THE ACTUAL WATCH was covered for loss in transit (ie: that the customer gets a full refund back for the lost parcel) I clearly did ask this several times in my emails to them but the only response was "after 30 days the courier will allow you to open a claim"
7: I have not received "several emails" that I did not respond to. I have replied to every one & it took 30 dec to Jan 24 for them to offer to replace the Watch.
So make up your own minds, I am a watch collector and will not be back. My experience here is what it is and I am sharing this in good faith. I will not be posting here again.
*SECOND UPDATE* The reply from WatchCo below is false. I sent an email on the Wednesday, December 30, 2020 10:15 AM informing them the item that finally arrived was damaged (cut or rip marks on the strap) and ONLY received ONE reply today 24th January 2021 to that email. So after 1 month they have replied by email with an offer for me to send the item back & updated their reply below at the same time! Also false is their statement regarding insurance, here is an excerpt from their reply to my email asking about if my (possibly lost in transit) watch was covered by insurance

It could not be clearer to me that there was no insurance on this! I am just thankful it finally turned up albeit in an imperfect state
MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: My Watch finally arrived after over a month even though I paid $49US ($70AUD) for "fast" shipping. Notwithstanding this they just informed me during our 11th email exchange that "there is no insurance". This is the first online store I have dealt with that will not cover a lost (or I assume damaged) parcel. At no time was insurance offered. On opening the parcel the Strap on my Watch has some damage too. Otherwise communication was good with replies to every email but without insurance buyers must consider this when ordering from them.
*FIRST UPDATE* In response to WatchCo.com reply below. I have not received 1 single email/reply (as you allude to below) after last my email sent to you (informing of the damaged strap) on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 8:15pm It's easy for you to post this reply making out like you are offering to help but that is not the case but you outright stated to me in emails that you did not offer insurance & I was NOT told that you offer a full refund for lost parcels until now which you have just put in the below reply to look good here (I have every copy of every email). I will keep the Watch because honestly it's just not worth my time to take it further but I am disappointed the Watch strap has cut marks.

Warning when doing business with this company. Horrible communication, they just seem to string you along and withdraw funds on canceled orders.
Ordered a watch that was going to be part of a gift from them on 9/23. I reached out on 9/28 as the birthday was coming up and I needed to know when the watch would be shipped. They said they would contact the fulfillment center and update me asap. I reached out again on 9/30 and the person let me know it was being shipped by the Amazon fulfillment center. Fine. I still did not receive a tracking number or any type of email saying the order was on it's way. So I called on 10/2, the person on the phone said that they never shipped and that model watch was their last one so I would have to wait at least a week until they had them in stock again. I checked their website and the watch I ordered is still available to purchase and does not show as "sold out" or "back ordered". Finally canceled the order and was told it would post on my account in 2-3 business days. Let's see if that happens. Worst experience ever, shop with them at your own risk.
Update 10/28: I reached out to WatchCo on 10/7 after noticing that the funds for the "canceled order" were withdrawn on 10/5 from my account. WatchCo responded saying that my "financial institution has them" and not WatchCo. I reached out to my federal credit union to verify and they said that the claim WatchCo was making was absurd. They would never randomly withdraw from my account on behalf of a vendor. They also showed me on my bank statement the credentials of WatchCo and exactly at what time they withdrew and charged for the canceled order. I reached out to them on 10/13 with screenshots of my bank statement showing WatchCo does in fact have my funds and asked what the next steps were. I have yet to hear back from them. Now I have my Federal Credit Union taking over the matter. Again, Shop here at your own risk.

Reply to the WatchCo message below since they do not reply to emails.
When I was notified on 10/2 that the watch would not be shipping after ordering on 9/23, I checked your site and the watch was not listed as "back ordered" or "out of stock" as it should be. Instead, it was still available to purchase. Unfortunately since WatchCo is only now deciding to reach out, I do not have a screenshot from over a month ago.
My federal credit union called the fact that your company said "your financial institution has them", referring to the funds, and that they pulled it from my account and not WatchCo as absurd. And I have to agree with them. I emailed WatchCo with screenshots of my bank statements clearly showing what day and time WatchCo pulled the funds from my account.
The only thing you, WatchCo, can do to make my interaction "significantly better" is reply to the email I sent on 10/13 with screenshots of the withdrawal and return the money that was charged by WatchCo on 10/5.

Good service- I had to change out an item before shipping and they were very attentive. I think older bad reviews may have been before a customer service upgrade? Only a good experience with this company so far.

Update: my bank investigated the disputed charge (I forwarded all the emails with WatchCo.com to them) and it was upheld, which means that the dispute was deemed legit. I received a message from WatchCo.com in response to this review: "Plz send crdit card details so we may investiggate."

They sent me the wrong watch, one that I did not order. They do not answer the phone regardless of when you call or how many times you call. They let you leave a voicemail, and then do not return calls when you leave voicemails. Over the course of almost 2 months I was emailing with some one trying to understand their process and rectify this. They do not function like a normal online company.
They told me to ship the wrong watch back and they would send me the correct one; I had to pay for the shipping which they said they will reimburse. When they received the "return" I had to ask when the correct watch would ship. They said unfortunately they are "waiting for more of my item from the manufacturer." A week later when I asked again, they said sorry the manufacturer no longer makes the watch that I ordered and cannot be restocked (so they let me purchase a watch that was not in stock), and offered a 10% discount on another purchase (lol) or a refund. They said they would take care of the refund immediately.
After emailing asking when the refund will be processed they said that the refund had already been processed a week prior. However there is no credit to my card from the company whatsoever. They say that the refund was processed. I do not have any record of this on my account and do not have the money.
Sound like a legit company? Save your time and money, never ever use this company.
Update: I confirmed that no refund was processed or is pending to my original form of payment (my bank/debit card). They say via email that the refund was processed/there is nothing else they can do for me as it is "clearly a cardholder issue." They "cannot do anything else to help me" even though this is entirely their error and I have not received a refund. They really are laughable. They sent me an attachment with their record of the refund which has the amount of my original purchase but not the shipping cost of sending the wrong item back to them which they repeatedly promised. When I pointed that out they said "actually we refunded you $10 for the shipping reimbursement" which is not shown on the attachment supposed record they sent me; also, again, none of this is confirmed by an actual credit to my card. My card/bank is disputing the original charge. If this happens to you dispute the original charge of your purchase. Contact BBB.

Because my purchase was not automatically confirmed I e-mailed watchco. My e-mail was personally answered and thus I considered that my purchase was OK. After receiving several such e-mails confirmations (I have no idea why this was done repeatedly) I was informed by a different representative that part of my purchase was out of stock. The product I had ordered, however, had been marked as in stock at the time of the purchase. Then a replacement was offered. The price for the originally ordered product was USD 50, the replacement would have been USD 125! Thereupon I cancelled the whole transaction. They're friendly but not very capable.

I ordered a watch that said 'In Stock' clearly on their website and a few days later got an email saying it was on back order for 5-10 days, I replied to say I needed it before a certain date, I got no reply... I chased up again and got a reply that my order had been cancelled. Waste of time.
