Very good service.
i ordered some soup bowls and spatulas and was told it will arrive at a certain date so I gave up having them for travel with me. I was most pleasantly surprised when they arrived about a week earlier even though they came from different sources. I am also very satisfied with the products.

did not receive what i thought i was getting
first order I got the complete wrong order, they must have picked it wrong in the warehouse you had it picked up, then the right order came and I thought I was getting 48 pcs for $50 and it was only 4 so they cost $12 each I thought they were a dozen per order website is not clear and the product is really pricey. I ordered something different from another company for less than 1/2 the price

I am also sorry you thought you were getting 48 of the sign holders. We sell this item by the each for $10.76 and there is nothing indicating that the item is sold by the dozen on our site. The product can be returned if you still have the original packaging and the product hasn't been used. You will only be responsible for the return freight charge. Great value on stemless wineglasses,
Love the size of these glasses as they fit more easily in a kitchen cupboard. They will be very durable in the dishwasher. Great value. Wasserstrom delivered quickly and it was a hassle free transaction.

Disapointed
I was disappointed when I found out that my order had been split with different delivery dates, causing me to have to find an additional supplier, and different vases. This was time consuming, however I was satisfied with the vases delivered on time.

I shopped for soup spoons (online & in local stores) for a Christmas gift. Wasserstrom's site had the best selection and the best prices. Delivery was quick and the product was of high quality and an excellent value. Would be happy to shop there again & recommend highly.

Great company!! Easy to work with, very efficient, great prices.
I purchased wine glasses through Amazon. Wasserstrom fulfilled the order. When I opened the box, I realized I ordered the wrong glasses. I called the company directly and was given easy instructions to return the glasses. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and professional.
I then ordered the right ones through the company's website which ended up less expensive than ordering through Amazon! I will go to Wasserstrom directly whenever I need to order more barware.

14.5" x 2.5" polished stainless steel bowl
Looks beautiful on our dining room table filled with fruit and it mirrors the shape and color of the light hanging above it. It's a very chic combination. It was the exact piece I needed to complete the look.
