Absolute crooks! I ordered 3 items in the hope of finding an outfit for a wedding, however the quality of the material was awful and very seethrough. I tried to create a return and the website did not seem to be working. I then went back to do this again 2 days later and it said that the returns period had expired, bearing in mind this was only 2 weeks ago that I had ordered the items. I emailed them to see if there was anything that could be done and no response, I tried to message on Facebook and they said I needed to email which I explained I already had and no response. I emailed for the second time and it’s almost a week later and shock, still no response! I’m convinced that this is a scam website and brand. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Love this brand. I bought my first Wanderdoll outfit — the Kenny Dress 😍 — last summer, and I’ve bought most of my occasion outfits from there ever since: dresses, co-ords, and bodysuits.

I’ve loved the fit, style, and quality of everything I’ve ordered, and I find the designs especially flattering for curves. The customer service team are also lovely and always happy to answer any questions about the outfits.

I had a slight issue with an order and i contacted customer service. I got a very quick reply back from Olivia, which I was super pleased about. I explained the issue to Olivia and with no hesitation she quickly sorted my issue. I felt very looked after and felt like my needs were met. Thank you again Olivia!!

I had an issue where my email wasn’t working so I couldn’t get in touch with customer service directly. I reached out via Instagram instead and the team were incredibly helpful. They sorted everything out within just one day.

The service was really efficient and professional throughout, and I’m very happy with the support I received.

When my parcel has gone missing with a large order I was worried as a lot of money and the items were for my hen weekend in 2 weeks time, Olivia was very helpful and fast response to my concerns and the items have been resent.

My experience with wander doll has so far been very pleasant, I have spoken with Olivia over instagram multiple times who is always very lovely and helpful with my enquiries! Typical response is only a few hours if not less during working hours

I’ve only made 1 purchase with them so far but will deffo purchase from again for any events that pop up in my life. Quality of clothing is also amazing and arrived within 2/3 days of purchasing!

I absolutely love Wanderdoll and can’t recommend them enough. Their dresses are some of my all-time favourites — I have the Eman dress in 3 different colours and the Nara in 3 colours too, plus many more styles from previous drops. I genuinely love the fit of their dresses and how confident and feminine they make me feel.

I usually shop every single drop they release because I know the quality and fit are always amazing. I very rarely ever return items (this was actually my first time returning something I’ve bought online), but on the one occasion I did need to send something back, the customer service was fantastic. I wasn’t familiar with the return process, but when I messaged, Olivia was so helpful in locating my return and making sure my refund was processed in a timely manner.

Overall, such a lovely brand with beautiful pieces and great customer service — I would 100% recommend Wanderdoll.

unreal quality everytime the best outfits

Fab experience overall from ordering to returns! The matching set I purchased was amazing quality and looks exactly like the photos online. I did return this outfit in the end as I ordered multiple outfits for a wedding and went with something else. On returning the products, I needed to get in touch with the team, I was helped through Instagram chat by Olivia who was very friendly and sorted my return out straight away. Fantastic customer service! Will defo be purchasing again from Wanderdoll!

I cannot recommend this brand enough. Their customer service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. I unfortunately could no longer attend the event I had purchased my outfit for, and despite being outside of the return policy, they very kindly allowed me to return it as a gesture of goodwill.

Responses were always incredibly prompt, professional and helpful, and Olivia in particular was amazing throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service this thoughtful nowadays, and it genuinely made such a difference.

SCAMMERS!!! AVOID AT ALL COST.

Sadly this company is not as it seems, which is a same as the clothing is pretty decent. they take your money and then refuse to refund if you need to return, Which seems to be a patter when you look at the review. Will state you have tried it on and its marked. please beware if you need to return anything the likely hood is you will have no refund and some made up email that you have marked the clothing.

After bein warned NOT to order from this company and sadly not reading the reviews. I am absolutely appalled when you return items that you did NOT try on the item did not even touch my skin they will accuse you of wearing and marking this. I have a friend this also happened too. I will be taking this matter further as it seems we are not the first or the last. Disgusting behaviour but customers have rights. Especially when being lied about .do not order from here

I have placed an order with wanderdoll consisting of 4 items yet I have only received 2. I have contacted them multiple times with no response. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Do not buy from this company. Their customer service team will ignore your emails and leave you with faulty items. I paid for a co ord and within 5 minutes of wearing it, the skirt material came apart. I personally will never be buying from them again. Awful customer service, happy to take your money but not willing to rectify faulty items.

Beware of this company! I was a customer until they scammed me. I purchased an outfit that I did not even try on as the colour of the outfit was not like the website showed which led me to not liking the clothing straight away hence why I never tried it on.
I’m presuming this is happening a lot with the same outfit, people sending it back for this reason as wanderdoll decided to scam me into keeping my order by saying there was make up on the neckline so sent me it back and declined my refund. I no this was not me as I didn’t even try it on so I am being sent back something that someone else has gotten dirty. Which is disgusting.
They are clearly getting the outfit sent back repeatedly and finding a way to make me pay for it regardless. I feel so scammed considering I never tried this outfit on. So beware ordering form this company as the customer service is shocking!

There was a delay in my order and after I emailed Olivia got this sorted for me straight away, very good customer service and lovely items! Thankyou very much, Leonie ☺️

Awful! If I could put zero stars I would!!!

I ordered an item for a specific occasion, which was never even delivered. Which then, made me feel obliged to re-order in hope that the new order would come in time for the occasion.


However, the second order wasn't delivered on time, as per the delivery dates given.

I luckily found an alternative outfit for the occasion. However, I was now left with one delivered item which was no longer needed, and the ffaff of having to explain that I needed a refund for an order I never even received.

I eventually, was given a refund for the 'non-delivered' order, however as the back up order was by now on sale, I was told that I couldn't return it, yet the only reason the item was re-ordered was down to Wanderdoll and their delivery companies errors!

Eventually, wanderdoll agreed for me to send them back the back up, which I did..... only to then received it back in a new package several days later!!!!!!!! With NO refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And do you think they will now reply to any of my emails? Absolutely not!!!!

Ghosted!! For an issue that they should only honour due to their errors!!

No such thing as customer service from wanderdoll.

Returned my order 4 weeks ago and my refund hasn’t been processed. It is showing as delivered on Royal Mail tracking.

Emailed wanderdoll for the past 2 weeks on numerous occasions with absolutely no response. It seems that they have no customer service team or am I just being ignored?

From reading the 1 star reviews on here it’s clear that I’m not the only one…

My bank will now be dealing with this on my behalf unfortunately. Very disappointing - I would expect this sort of thing from more low- budget retailers - I don’t know how Wanderdoll are selling clothes for the prices that they do with such bad customer service.

Safe to say I will never purchase from Wanderdoll again and would advise others not to either.
