We would just like to thank Paul and Margret for their support before Christmas, amazing generosity excellent service and made a families Christmas so special.

You obviously have the wrong person. I had never heard of your company before being asked to review a purchase I have not made.

Reasonably priced, high quality flooring. Staff in store were helpful, friendly and not pushy. The fitters worked quickly and professionally. I’m very pleased with the result and I’m now saving up for a new carpet for the stairs & landing. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Customer Service level was exceptional from Chris at the Huyton shop, regular communication to confirm all still on track against the fitting date and he even came to our house to check the fitting net the high standard expected. Would highly recommend Walton Flooring and all the team from sales to the fitters, great professional team.

Very good communication between the store and myself. Good home visit with no pressure at all to pick style and colour - took my time. Flexible fitting date and all steps followed up. The fitter is not from the store but contracted in. He was very efficient and did a very nice job. All in all will be using Walton flooring again. Thank you to the Moreton store.

Had new laminate fitted in lounge. From initial sale with Brian to a top fitting with Andy I was chuffed with the end result for my money and knew theyd be on hand if any issues all as promised. Top Service delivered 10/10 for me!

Unbelievable the amount of issues I had with this company. 1 Delayed delivery, 2 wrong colour flooring delivered, 3 delayed fitting a number of times due to fitter being unavailable/sick and no one else to fit, 4 delayed fitting again due to the flooring needing to ‘acclimatise’ to my house, 5 floor needed screeding several times and they attempted to charge me for their mistake, 6 floor was eventually fitted- but floor full of lumps and bumps and very uneven, floor doesn’t reach the brand new skirts I had fitted. All in all very poor experience from start to extremely delayed finish!

Could not be happier with the quality of the carpet and herringbone laminate that I have had fitted in the house. My issues have been with poor communication from the Moreton store, and issues with fitters. Even getting a partial refund off them has been like banging my head against a brick wall.
Could not fault Paul who came out and measured up and put my mind at ease with the faults and niggles I had but I feel that other factors let this company down.

We had some adventures getting a convenient date but once they arrived they did a good job in the end. Our floors and carpets look good.

From start to finish these guys are friendly, professional and hard working. Great service in store from Chris. Such a hassle for me arranging it all when I had building work going on but Chris was only happy to help when I had to postpone fitting, arranging an alternative date to suit. The fitters were outstanding! What grafters. Again very professional and helped me clear the floors after the plasterers. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All round first class service.. and my floors look amazing I'm over the moon. Thank-you all at Walton Flooring.

Ed was extremely helpful and the carpet fitter arrived on time and fitted the carpet without any problems.

Pleased with my artificial grass the quality is great. We had some problems with the fitting but it was resolved.

Walton Flooring Centre stock a fabulous range of flooring and have some great offers. They gave us superb service from the minute we walked into the store (Burscough) through to the final fitting.All staff were cheerful, polite, courteous and knowledgeable and we knew we were in safe hands. We're delighted with our super thick underlay and beautiful carpets throughout and wouldn't hesitate to recommend WFC.

Manager of the Burscough store was very rude, unprofessional and bad mannered during a phone call and still has not resolved my issue
