The quality of the clothing is excellent - my only advice is to be ready to wait for a few weeks for the order to get to you. Worth the wait, in my opinion.

The clothing is as described. I was very happy with what I chose. The delivery took the time they said it would take. I’m a happy customer!!!

Received the items late. The dress was not like the picture on their website. If you notice there is no detailed description of material used, waistline style or fit. When requesting a return, they first would only return 8% of the purchase price. Then they came back with a refund 40% of the purchase price. When they finally provided a return address it was in Dubai and you needed to pay the postage from the USA. POOR CUSTMER SERVICE. The last email that was sent to me, toward me to go to the credit card company to get my refund. This DID Not happen and credit card company did not handle a refund. Do not loose your money, do not use Vyile.com. POOR CUSTMER SERVICE

I need to return 2 items. I need an address to ship the items to and an authorization number. Why is this difficult?
I will give you 3 business days to provide me with this info. After that, I WILL take legal action.

Shipping took much longer than other brands I buy from. Dresses were similar to the pictured ones, but quality didn’t seem as good

Not one of the 3 dresses I ordered fit. I emailed to return them & was asked to supply SKUs, which I did. Then they offered a partial refund of less than 1/3 of the total cost and told me to keep the dresses I can’t wear. I protested and was basically told to take it or leave it. Terrible customer service.

It’s the most well made dress and incredibly unique. I absolutely love it

The product lived up to expectations - if anything, the material felt more luxurious than described. I also had no problem with delivery, which, these days, means a lot.

I really liked one of the dresses I received - super cute, soft fabric, but the other item - a black dress -made me laugh out loud b/c it was so flat, square cut, cheap-looking, shiny!, no detailing or shape at all, looked more like a table cloth - it was entirely different than what was pictured! I am STILL trying to return it for a REFUND, but they keep offering me just a little more money to have me keep it. But I don't want a partial refund. I don't want $15 or $20. I want a full refund of the $43 I paid! I can't even get them to give me their address. No customer service.

I love my purchases. I will definitely consider more in the future.

I bought 4 dresses and they are all beautiful looking. The black, multi colored, I got in a XXL they are kind of a stretchy material and fit great! The blue and white one I also got XXL but I am busty and I am totally overflowing in this and its way too tight. The off shoulder one I thought was a demin material so I got a XXXL and it's too big because it is also a stretchy material. I love that one so I fixed the sleeves and it's fine. The blue and white one I put in the back of the closet because I will never be able to wear it but couldn't figure out how to return.

I was thrilled with the fast delivery of the items, I would place an order again.

I had no problem ordering and receiving my order. I did find that the dresses when on did not look as nice as the dresses in the pictures on the website and the quality was slightly less than what I had expected, although appreciate they are not expensive garments.

So far so good. Arrived within the timeframe promises. Looks as it appeared in online photos.
