Spoke to Steve before hiring the car to clear up a few questions and he was very helpful. Excellent and very friendly service.

Excellent service and excellent car again. This is now my go-to car rental place. Steve is super nice and it’s always a pleasure to rent a car here. Kevin was also very good in Steve’s absence.

As many of the reviews below I found that this car hire service to be the best experience I have had in more than 40 years of regular vehicle hire, Steve went out of his way to accommodate our requests and changes and if they could arrange an Airport drop off then it would be fantastic.

Steve has always been helpful with the car I require, it wasn't a manual this time but the auto was a different experience for me and I loved it,very happy with the car and hope I can get the same next year as we use coopers each time we come over, thanks steve

The ongoing service of the legendary Steve are already well documented. Even when he is on annual leave the newly crowned service guru Kevin took on those duties seamlessly for a fantastic 24 hour experience. Upgraded my car at no extra cost. Look forward to seeing you again team.

I have been hiring cars for years as I live abroad but spend a large amount of time back in the UK with the family; this has to be one of my best experiences. The rental administrator, Steve was excellent, the car was brand new, great value. We ended up renting two cars as I was so satisfied I recommended to family and they cancelled their existing booking and go to VW Rentals. Will use again.

My personal car broke down and needed a car pretty quick while it was in the garage - Steve at VWFS rent a car made the whole process so stress free. Would def use again and recommend.

As usual. The experience was seamless. No hiccups or any issues when I returned the car today (after a 2.5 week rental) it just took 5 mins! Rental price was extremely reasonable, car newly valeted (as always) and repayment of the deposit within 1 hour! Steve, the Rental Agent, was very professional and very helpful and is a real Star... I recommend very highly using this Company - you wont be disappointed
