VWFS Rent-a-Car - Liverpool (Vans) Omdömen 

First time hirer with VW Rent-a-car and cannot fault them from start to finish.

Their staff (Liam I think? Apologies for not asking your name at the time) he was pleasant and welcoming with a friendly smile. He explained how the VW hiring process works from the paperwork to showing us the Transporter Shuttle which we hired to how to use the in van equipment.

We hired the Transporter Shuttle for our family trip down south and it didn’t disappoint. My kids had enough room not to be squashed and the boot space was excellent for all our luggage and additional equipment.

I will definitely be hiring from VW again in the future for my next family trip or house move.

Really good and honest place to hire from. Liam and Sean have looked after us for nearly 3 years never had any problems. Very fair on minor damage unlike some places. Prices are very good

Fantastic. Straight forward, Guy on the desk (Steve or Sean, I think his name was. Volks Van Centre Speke) was great, super helpful and easy to communicate with. Will 100% use again. Better price and far far better service than regular 'high street' rental companies.

Sean was great to deal with quick and excellent service.

After inspection was ok and no issues with van , deposit was released straight away.

Very competitive price, no extra charges such as miles covered etc, very clean modern vehicle. Straightforward booking and follow up invoicing, no quibbles over fuel or small marks or dents.
